It smells like shit in the luggage room.
Works ongoing, I'm ok, but no signs visible, only message about via WhatsApp. Staff doesn't help to find the way to the room. I mean they gave only hand indications instead of going a 10 seconds with clients to show the way. Like that they could see how a newcomer see the things.....

Nothing much to be honest
We had the lower floor room and the window was no view locked and the air conditioner wasn’t working, felt very stuffy though requested them for upper floors. Entry wasn’t easy you’ve to take a separate hotel route

The rooms were newly renovated and very trendy and nice. But there is no space around the bed and seems a bit congested. But the beds were comfy, the ac worked great and the bathrooms were clean. So overall very good.
There was renivation work going on at reception so that was a bit messy as it was not easy to get in touch with reception if needed.
Also they only have a small 3 person lift which can sometimes take a while to get into if theres a queue of people infront.
Apart from that we had a comfortable and enjoyanble stay. The hotel is very close to brussel noord and very easy for access to central brussell and all tourist spots as well as the airport

The location was great
There was maintenance at the property. We used another hotel’s Reception desk and the entrance. During our stay, the room was never cleaned. Since the property is very old, the carpets on the corridors was stinky. About the maintenance, they have only informed us just before our arrival.

Literally absolutely nothing it's a construction site with AI generated picturea on booking.
It's great as a construction site but even worst is staff attitude who are in denial about he state of the hotel and instead of owning the situation they try to gaslight you.

Everything is simply superb.
Best part is that easy to access public transport and walkable to all the sight-seeing places.
Also, a storage room to keep our luggage after the checkout.
Coffee and water machines are also provided.

The hotel was in a good location: right next to a metro station (although we didn’t take the metro) and 10/15 mins walk to the centre of Brussels. The room was pretty much as expected (I’ve stayed in similar hotels before so knew the rooms weren’t the biggest) and the reception staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful.
The air conditioning isn’t the easiest to navigate, but it did work in the end so not a major issue. The shower cannot be on a high pressure otherwise it leaks onto the floor so the floor ended up soaking at first! (If you have it on a mid to low pressure it’s fine).
