Very Good
Lots of building work at the moment but the transformation of the rooms is amazing. I have been staying here for over 20 years and they are doing a good job. TV did not work but I did not mind and I am sure they will sort it out.
The lift is still a bit of a bottleneck so if you are on one of the higher floors you sometimes have to wait a bit. Lower floors you can use the stairs.

Staff at reception were very pleasant as well as at the breakfast. Location is great very close to the train station and my meeting venue.
Room was very small, TV didn't work and WiFi I had to give personal information, such as email, in order to connect.

I didn't like anything. I would have canceled after the first night, but it says no refunds
The room carpet has terrible smell and unpleasant stains. The bathroom part of the toilet doesn't get dry, pool of water. Not value for money at all.
