Very high quality to price ratio. Large and clean rooms, in a perfect position if you need to work / stay in the EU quarter. Nice also the pain au chocolate available the morning.

Check in was not ready at the check in time and the staff inform it to us without any hesitation and were not even sorry about the issue

they didn't have an iron but that was ok afterall as that was the only shortcoming.

Large spacious room, clean with good amenities available such as tea / coffee / fridge / microwave.
Could not open the window as room was out onto a main street. Would have benefited from a fan as it was quite warm during my stay. Easy to resolve.

The rooms are very large and provide a great number of resources and space for people staying staying.
On the first day they're were two tea bags and shampoo provided. These we're sadly not topped up during the stay when the rooms were cleaned.

Big and clean room. Close to the EU institutions and and public transport to take you to other parts of the city. Very friendly and helpful staff.
The room was very hot, but a fan was provided that helped. Internet connection a bit weak.

The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean.
There is no elevator and my room was on the third floor. The steep stairs were difficult to manage with heavy bags. Closest food options are 7-10 minute walk from the hotel.
