Great and very kind staff, super clean facilities, comfortable bed. The room was rather a small apartment on the top of the building with great view over the roofs of Brussels. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the area.
There is no elevator in case you have heavy luggage. For me it was not a problem.

Wonderful
Self check-in was easy, all the information sent to me was very helpful. Room was quiet and you can find everything you need. I really liked the pastries for breakfast and that I could make myself some tea or coffee in my room in the morning. Hotel is situated close to EU institutions.

The staff was excellent. They responded to my concerns about small issues with the room immediately. The morning crossaints, extra water bottles available at the reception, and the coffee machine in the room were also very good.

Wonderful
Lovely large hotel room tastefully decorated in a smart converted townhouse hotel. Location is very good for EU parliament. Felt like a home from home with microwave, Nespresso machine and crockery in case you wanted to dine in your room
Internet connection was variable. Location a little far from city centre

Nice staff, good location, pretty clean. Microwave, cattle, coffee machine and fridge in the room is a plus.
Smelly towels. Can get very hot on the 3rd floor (they provide ventilator, but still room warms up very much)
