There was no refilling of teas, coffee, toilet paper after the room was cleaned.

Excellent choice for a 2 days meeting in Charlemagne building of EU. Easy access from airport bus no12. Easy access to centre (bus63 or metro. Big clean room Helpful reception (0700 to 1900)

I had a great time in the property. I'd like to highlight: The rooms. They are spacious and homely. The general vibe of the hotel. It's a relaxed environment with friendly people. Last but not least, the person in charge during my stay, called Kevin, was honestly an outstanding person. Well mannered, positive and very accommodating of any last minute changes.
I wish the TVs got upgraded of at least some sort of device (Chromecast for instance) was added. The current ones cannot play more than maybe two youtube videos without running out of memory. The WiFi Connection can be a bit touch and go at times, but still, I could work remotely including videoconferences successfully.

The room nr 1 is located in the sous-terrain, therefor the Window couldn't be left open to let fresh air inside overnight, because with open windows the room was easily accessible to people from the outside. Breakfast was not rich, only bakery and espresso

Great location, close to the Ecole Royale Militaire in a residential neighborhood. Good for my business trip and for meeting family friends who live close to Parc du Cinquantenaire.
Our room had a balcony facing courtyard which was great!

the room itself was fine and comfortable - had everything I needed for a short stay; location-wise it was also very convenient - few public transport stops around, walking distance to the European insitutions
the room I stayed at was located just next to the main entrance door (before even entering the hotel itself), which was constantly opening the whole night and caused a lot of noise, also somebody was trying to unlock the room door at night so as a solo traveler I didn't feel safe and cozy at all
