Lovely large hotel room tastefully decorated in a smart converted townhouse hotel. Location is very good for EU parliament. Felt like a home from home with microwave, Nespresso machine and crockery in case you wanted to dine in your room

Nice staff, good location, pretty clean. Microwave, cattle, coffee machine and fridge in the room is a plus.
Smelly towels. Can get very hot on the 3rd floor (they provide ventilator, but still room warms up very much)

The housekeeping is abysmal: the trash cans weee not emptied, there was no soap in soap dish, the windowsills weee dirty. On top, the cleaning service left an empty bottle of disinfectant in the room…

Good location.
The room was almost in the basement, with the windows at sidewalk level. This was not mentioned anywhere in the room description! The room was damp and had an unpleasant smell. It was the worst value for money (€120) of all the dozens of bookings I have made through Booking.com.

I liked the ease of checking in and arriving in a room ready for a good night's sleep. I travelled with my daughter, and we got room 9 on the top floor, and we had a great view of the beautiful yards and balconies, otherwise hidden from street view. For my purposes, the stay met my expectations, and the service was excellent. The bed was very comfy. I felt safe with my daughter in the building and in the surrounding area (as safe as a woman can feel that is). To add, the cafe at the corner across the street makes fantastic coffee, and the little square is great fun for kids to play in.

I arrived late, but the instructions were clear and I got into my room easily. Great room, clean, comfortable and well maintained with a comfortable bed and good shower. Very good value for money.

the location Ok near the bus stop and not far away from the underground but in the quiet street. There is a cafe right across the street. It's easy to get in. the staff is helpful. The bed is very comfortable. My room was in the attic so it can be to hot in summer.
