Best location! very close to everything in the city center within a walking distance.
Brekfest was good, and the room had everything needed, including a very good coffee machine and Coffee & Tea range.
The GYM (fitness center) is very small and we couldnt excersize as much as we wanted.
Parking is super expensive, especially when they have a next door parking whcich is much cheaper.

I really liked the location, it was about 5-10 minutes from everything. For what we paid it was great!
It is a little confusing to get to because of the traffic, the hotel was also very full because there was a marathon that weekend. The restaurant also said it was open 24/7 but it wasn't open most evenings.

The room was clean. I was able to check in early for a fee which was great after a long international flight.
I enjoyed the property until I was having an appetizer in the restaurant area and was joined by a mouse at my feet. They did credit my meal but not until I insisted on it.

The room was clean and had everything you needed. Bed comfortable ad were the pillows.

The room was nice, the location very good. We walked from the train station.
The lighting is VERY poor! All of the lights in the room are very dim, making it almost impossible to read anything (such as our guidebook). For older people or anyone with poor vision, this could be a huge problem.
We reported this at the front desk, and were told that they'd had many complaints about this. But that the hotel management wants this ambience.
I'd stay away if I had vision limitations.

We stayed at Pillows for a long weekend in Brussels. Great location, right around the corner from the metro and the central station. The city center and Grand Place are within walking distance. The hotel has a nice ambience, cozy decoration, and rooms with high quality amenities. We would definitely stay here again!
The gym was a bit too small and had a single treadmill. It gets the job done for 1-2 people at a time.
