Very central to main train station and the Grand Place and Cathedral. The room was generous and very comfortable. The bar area and Living restaurant lovely too. Had a wonderful meal there. The staff friendly and efficient. A really lovely hotel to stay in Brussels.

3 out of the 4 staff we met at reception were hospitable and helpful. The First Gentleman was hasty and not so. The room was tidy and a good size. Overall we had a good stay, I would not say superb! Good location.
The lift needs attention/ to be replaced. And so does some of the towels. I would say a 3.5 star. Overpriced.

The staff were exceptional helpful and friendly.
The room was clean and had everything you needed. Bed comfortable ad were the pillows.

The room was nice, the location very good. We walked from the train station.
The lighting is VERY poor! All of the lights in the room are very dim, making it almost impossible to read anything (such as our guidebook). For older people or anyone with poor vision, this could be a huge problem.
We reported this at the front desk, and were told that they'd had many complaints about this. But that the hotel management wants this ambience.
I'd stay away if I had vision limitations.
