We always stay in Pillows while in Brussels, rooms are very clean and well laid out. Staff as always are very attentive and friendly ready to help iwth any questions.

The fact that there were 2 matrices connected instead of one. This eventually split. Not idle set up for 2 people.to sleep together.

Room was very comfortable, everything for a great rest as we'd done a bit of travelling. Very clean and it was exceptional as a hotel room. Location was also a major plus as so near to the cathedral and other sights. The gentleman on reception was fantastic when we arrived and gave us lots of helpful recommendations when we asked him (we'd arrived later in the day and needed a steer to head out for the evening). Would definitely stay there again.
