Loved the style of the hotel room and the public areas. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Walking into the hotel from the street, it had a very relaxing ambience. Great location as it is close to both the Grand Place and the Central station.

The room and bathroom were modern and quiet. The bed was fantastically comfortable. My wife and I slept wonderfully for three nights. I also enjoyed a breakfast one of the days. A+ for centrally located for access to the old city and a few blocks from the train station.
Would've enjoyed a hot tub/ jacuzzi to soften my muscles after miles of walking.

Very messy check in and out experience. Took me half an hour to get checked in and then mistakenly got overcharged which also took forever to get sorted out. The staff was friendly but the system is so slow and chaotic.
After we’ve left, got another bill from the hotel for a “bottle of champagne we consumed” while in fact we never used anything from the mini bar. Don’t want to make any false accusations but the process of trying to argue with the staff about getting a refund for firstly the wrong room price and then somehow a missing bottle was very frustrating and a big waste of time.

Great location. Not in touristy area but easy to get to it. Close to Central Station.
This is an American thing but I didn’t like the single duvet as the only option. Got hot and then cold and then hot and then cold. Universal outlets would be a nice touch but understand why they are not there.

Everything was perfect. Maria at the front desk was absolutely incredible and very helpful! I highly recommend this place to stay. 2 minutes walk to central station and 10 min walk to main square. The beds are very comfortable and it smells great .
