Location was great, very convenient. Walkable distance to main activities. The room was clean.
The room lacked day light, as we were on 1rst floor and there was another high floor building opposite the window.
Lots of work in the streets near by.

Excellent location, excellent breakfast, super comfortable bed. It's a highly recommended place to stay if you're in Brussels. Close to major parts of town and easy access to train and 2 subway lines

Location was very convenient. Restaurant staff catered for my dietary requirements exceptionally well. Very satisfied with all aspects of the hotel.
I thought the restaurant menu was limited. Maybe add a few more choices.

Good location, staff very friendly. They upgraded our room for no extra payment.
We needed to pay €35 for one night. We understand that because the parking spaces were very limited!

They fetched the laundry by a truck at night from 02.00 till 03.00 am. After that when just fell back asleep someone started to empty the large trash bins under the windows at the main entrance. From the morning it was noisy anyway because of the ongoing year round road works. On top of this in the bath the lower shower head was useless.

Replacement of bathroom supplies seemed inconsistent. Some items were replaced but some others were not replaced - even when it was clear that the item was already used up.
