Second stay at the same hotel, this time it was even better than the first time. We got an upgrade to a bigger room on the sixth floor - probably due to returning customers - something that we really appreciated. Very comfortable and spacious room, with a nice welcome and good amenities. Really liked the interior lighting and the radio to which you could connect via Bluetooth. Convenient location, very close to the central station and the city center. Very polite and helpful staff.

Great location. Super close to main square. Room was fantastic. Large and modern. Big comfy bed. Front staff were superb.
Better signage outside. Was difficult to find due to construction and closed road. Had to be basically right in front of it to see that that is the hotel. Parkade also not easily identified until you’re right there. We accidentally went into adjacent parkade that is in a building under construction due to poor signage and were lucky to get out. And we weren’t the only ones. Another car was stuck in there when we were leaving the hotel.

The room was great. The happy hour was reasonable and very good. The location was excellent. There was construction and the parking is limited but there are many parking lots within an easy walk of the hotel.
There was a scented candle in the hallway and it was always burning. The scent was overpowering. I'm not a fan of super scented things.

It was amazing - the bed was super comfy and the room was large. Everything was kept to a high standard and the complimentary coffees and water were brilliant - lovely to relax with a nice coffee in our room before starting the day.

A comfortable, clean and modern room. Friendly and smart reception staff! Their attitude is really nice. Especially I want to tell a scrubwoman “Thanks!” who was kind and great manners for us.
