Great location: super close to the Centraal train station, the cathedral and the central square. Very easy to take public transit to other areas of the city.
Clean and spacious room.
It was expensive and the breakfast was an extra cost (a very high extra fee of 30€ per person).

A lovely hotel in the perfect location close to the train and in the city centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were welcomed with a delicious tea and coffee.

Top notch location, just 10 minutes from the main street, one minute away from the metro station and central train station and next to a famous church in the city. On top of that it was incredibly clean, the staff was great and the room was quite spacious. We even had a little gift waiting for us in the room - two belgian chocolates and a packet of a nice crisps. Since we didn't have breakfast, I can't comment on that. Not really much of a view, but I don't care about that at all.
If I want to nitpick the only slightly not perfect thing is the size of thegym - it is really quite small. Just one small room with a mat, bench, treadmill and stationary bike, as well as a small variety of weights ranging from 10kg do 20kg. Despite that, it was clean, comfortable and with a nicely working AC and I am grateful that there even is one.

The hotel is located right by an amazing church, so your view upon exiting the hotel is incredible. The location is pretty close the main train station, but it takes a little walking to get to the main downtown area. However, that made for a more quiet stay, which we prefer. The actual view from our room was just another building. The room was comfortable but small, and they did have small chocolates waiting for us :) The hotel itself is small but well appointed. We did not dine there because great coffee shops were in close proximity.
There was a lot of road construction, so navigating our walks was a bit difficult. The room was also smaller than we're used to, but it was fine. I would not say that this hotel was "above and beyond" in the way that the Pillows hotel chain is known for. It was a nice hotel but not spectacular.

Marwan at the front desk is amazing. He gave us a ton of recommendations and they were all amazing. The hotel itself is in a great walkable location. Rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Excellent apartment, very clean and spacious for a family of 4. Great beds with high-quality linens. Spectacular location, next to the train station and a short walk from the city center. The staff was also super friendly and helpful!
Breakfast was below expectations, and also very expensive for what it offered.

We took the train to different cities often so being close to train station was great. Room was fine, but could have been a little bit bigger. Bed and pillows were very comfortable with the hotel living up to name. Breakfast was great but expensive.
