Excellent location. Great breakfast- especially the coffee. Some helpful staff. Nice bedding and comfy pillows.
Poor quality aircon that turned off in the night and started beeping at us. Shower door damaged causing water leaking onto floor. Windows challenging to open and close. Dark corridors meant navigation to our room was tricky. Dark rooms and spaces generally which suits the aesthetic but could be challenging for some guests.

The location was great, the room and extras were fantastic.very tidy, and comfortable bed.Great selection on TV, welcome pack the best ever.
We were not in the main building , across the street and steps up to the room were steep.But we arrived late and only by luck got the last booking.

Loved the location and design of the hotel. The hotel also had thoughtful extras like treats, coffee, tea, and water upon arrival.
The showers have short glass doors that do not cover the entire tub and are prone to leaking on the floor. The bathrooms should be updated to a style like that of the rest of the hotel.

Wonderful
Location was great, it was next to everything. We went everywhere by walking. Also extremely safe. The hotel itself has a unique character and decoration. Overall a very pleasant and convenient stay.
Well if I should mention something that I didn't like, it would be the bath towels. They were not adequate for a hotel of this class. They were thin and worn out. But this wasn't extremely important, we were compensated by the advantages of the hotel.

The location of the hotel was great, which made the stay enjoyable.
However, the cleaning was quite poor — the mirrors in the room were dirty and there was noticeable dust. The shower cabin showed signs of wear, and the bathroom windows hadn’t been cleaned in a long time.”

The staff were very nice and the location was great for central Brussels
I requested twin beds and received a confirmation email, When we arrived they did not have twin beds as they had allocated them to others, despite having confirmed a twin was available.
They swapped us the following day and gave a complimentary breakfast for compensation.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Brussels. The room was comfortable and spacious enough for us, and the location was amazing — just a 2-minute walk from the city center. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, with a great variety and quality. The staff were also very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely recommend this place!

great location, friendly staff, nice decor and atmosphere, visually all good
I disliked noise, extremely thin walls and lack of any sort of sound proof barriers, even main door to a room was letting a bit light in from a bottom part. Also shover was very small and had quite dirty curtain :/
