great location, friendly staff, nice decor and atmosphere, visually all good
I disliked noise, extremely thin walls and lack of any sort of sound proof barriers, even main door to a room was letting a bit light in from a bottom part. Also shover was very small and had quite dirty curtain :/

This hotel has excellent location. It is very well designed with artistic decoration.
The climatization was not working. It was leaking all the time. Nobody took care to repair it on time.

Location, Location, Location. We were put up across the street they were able to accomadate a room for 3 adults and 2 adults, room size was good, individual large bathrooms and AC,
No elevator in the backup accommodations across the street the primary hotel has an elevator.

Just the decorations and breakfast
The room had a bad smell and it’s not just our room we heard other customers complaining about the same thing, the bathroom plumping is so bad that get a smell everywhere inside the room, PLEASE DONT FORGET CLOSE YOUR CURTAINS AS PEOPLE STARTING CLEANING THE WINDOW AT 9:30 in the morning.
