What a gem. Gorgeous decor and special touches in the room all in keeping with decor. So sorry we were only staying one night. Staff were fabulously helpful. Breakfast in hotel offered every possible want!!

Location, staff promptness.
Bathroom water outlet was blocked and hence taking shower was really annoying. No lift. Narrow spiral stairs. Difficult to carry trolley bag. Also the curtains were really small as compared to the windows.

The location and the staff are very friendly Although in a busy road it was quiet Tea coffee facilities were great
The rate is very expensive. Rooms are very small. I used a two bedroom suite. No adequate wardrobe only shelves situated to one side of the room. not enough space to roam around. Not enough shelves to place your items and not enough room to open two luggages. The bed was nearly under the main window. Tea or coffee facilities not always reliable. At one point the machine was empty of water!

Loved our stay at Craves Hotel in Brussels — the room was beautifully decorated and super comfy. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of tasty options. Plus, you can’t beat the central location right in the heart of the city!

We liked the quirky decor and the fact this wasn’t another chain hotel. Beds very comfy. Appreciated the hot drinks station on floor 1. Very convenient for sightseeing. About 25 min walk from rail station.
Not a big fan of the breakfast coffee machines in hotels these days. They all make bitter coffee not helped by milk. The rest of the breakfast was very good.

Wonderful
Beautiful charming hotel and rooms. The room was also very spacious. We could leave our luggage safely after check out. Breakfast was great with a wide selection of food. Well located, could not be better.
