The location was great and close to all the main tourist spots and lots of restaurants. That does mean it gets loud in the evening though. It’s not too bad if you are used to living in the city.
The hall was perfumed heavily and the coffee bar was out of water in the morning.

First night room was small and too hot. No air condition was working. The next morning they changed our room to may be 30 m^2?room with marvellous air condition.
The breakfast was very nice either
Up to room we had to use our key 3 times

I booked a 2-night, 3-day stay at Craves Hotel Brussels for my wife (who is 6 months pregnant), my elderly mother (with health issues), and myself. We arrived on May 26th. The hotel gave us a family room on the 5th floor, and the elevator was broken.
When I asked how long the repair would take, the receptionist promised it would be fixed within 2 hours. Trusting this, we left our three large suitcases (roughly 25 kgeach) at reception and went out to explore the city.
We returned late that evening, exhausted, only to be told the elevator was still broken. No room change offered. I had to carry heavy suitcases up 5 flights of stairs with the receptionist, while my pregnant wife and elderly mother struggled up empty-handed. I asked again if it would be fixed the next day, stressing that we would change hotels or need a lower floor if not.
The next night, we came back to find the elevator still not working. A different receptionist simply shrugged and said, "There is nothing I can do." That was it.
On checkout morning (May 28th), I asked for help carrying the luggage down. The hotel sent an elderly woman from the kitchen to carry our bags down 5 floors. I was horrified.
My wife, after all the repeated climbing while 6 months pregnant, developed severe stomach cramps. My mother was in visible distress. We were terrified for the baby's safety.
This hotel showed zero care for a pregnant guest, an elderly person with health problems, or common decency. They lied about fixing the elevator, refused to move us, and sent a frail kitchen worker to do their job for them. Do not stay here if you value your health or your family's safety. Absolutely disgraceful. They put my pregnant wife and elderly mother in danger – unforgivable

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel and was very impressed with the overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism, friendliness, and attention to guest satisfaction. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which immediately created a welcoming atmosphere.
The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, modern, and well-maintained. My room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, providing a relaxing environment after a long day.
One of the highlights of this hotel is its convenient location, with easy access to nearby attractions, transportation, and essential services. Despite being in a busy area, the atmosphere inside the hotel remained peaceful and quiet, allowing for a restful stay.
Overall, my experience exceeded expectations, and I would confidently recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a pleasant stay. I would certainly choose to stay here again in the future.”

Location is fantastic. Right next to Central Palace. Lots of restaurants nearby, food available till late at night. Hotel restaurant is good. Room is clean. Very importantly had air conditioning for the hot climate, room got cooled very quickly.
Nothing much, sensitive sleepers might hear the noise coming from the street as it is quite busy and active at night.

Craves Hotel’s biggest advantage is its excellent location—just 2 minutes from the city center, close to attractions, metro, taxis, and supermarkets. The bed was very comfortable, and having air conditioning was a big plus.
On the downside, cleanliness and maintenance could be much better. The bathroom towels were old, stained, and torn, and the bathroom exhaust fan looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. There was also a strong food smell in the lobby from the restaurant/kitchen. The first-floor room lacked privacy since the windows opened onto a neighboring roof where people went out to smoke, so the curtains had to stay closed. Other minor inconveniences were the lack of a fridge and bicycles often blocking part of the staircase.
There’s also a nightclub in the hotel that looked a bit dodgy, though it was not noisy and I never felt unsafe.

Very central to the historic part of the city. A short walk to the main square, shops and restaurants, and the train station.
Our 3rd floor room overlooked a very noisy street and pub. People were partying until 3am just below our window on a weeknight. Thankfully we had earplugs, so it wasn't a big issue, but it's something to be aware of.

Beautiful hotel, nice decoration and location. Amazing staff
but the single room was too small for the price paid. The bed was crazy small and I am a tall woman so that was a bit hard.

The hotel was in a fantastic location, just a short walk from Grand Place and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and helpful during our stay. It was a convenient and enjoyable base for exploring Brussels.

I was not able to check in.Theyclaimed that booking.com did not communicate my confirmed reservation to them and as a result they cannot find my confirmed reservation in their system. A disastrous experience to say the least.
