Wonderful
Great decoration, very practical location and many parkings nearby. There is super market next door and it is few steps from Grand Place!
the bar was a bit loud at the beginning but it was not a problem when we went to sleep, it didn't last long.

The location was truly wonderful. Not even 3 minutes walk from the Central train station. 20 minutes ride direct from the airport. FANTASTIC LOCATION. Right in the heart of the city.

Good
The hotel is beautifully designed and has a very stylish atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable, with an excellent air conditioning system that was especially appreciated during the heatwave. It is located in a central area and within easy reach of many popular tourist attractions. The breakfast was delicious, although the selection was somewhat limited for guests with dietary restrictions.
It felt like the hotel may have been operating with a smaller team than needed. Check-in was scheduled for 2:00 PM, but I was not able to access my room until 2:30 PM because no rooms were available. After checking in, I took a shower and noticed sharp metal pieces on the shower floor. Fortunately, I spotted them before getting injured, but they could have caused a serious cut and potentially required medical attention, such as a tetanus shot. This was concerning and suggests that more attention to room safety and final inspections is needed.

Poor
Not clean: previous occupant’s dirty socks left in the room; Not a safe location: we encountered a man urinating right at front door; front door is the smoking lounge for staff; staff not helpful; Mildew/mold in bathroom windows; can hear street noise.

The room was nicely decorated and very inviting. The manger wanted us to be comfortable. He was kind, professional, and friend. Just an overall nice man.
Nothing.

Beds and rooms and decor and service were all amazing!
Breakfast was not great but coffee was great. Room didn’t have great airco but was cool enough with the fan provided and the curtains closed. I don’t blame Craves for all of this - we were in a record breaking heat wave.

Pleasant
The location is central, it's fantastic, you can go anywhere by foot. There's a convenience store next door and many restaurants. The hotel restaurant is delicious for lunch and dinner. Breakfast was decent. The room was big enough for two people, it looked nice, great design and idea behind the hotel. Big windows that you could fully open, nice blackout curtains. The feeling of exclusivity and privacy staying at this hotel with several key card checkpoints to guarantee safety and privacy.
The room looks nice but that's about it. You can hear the festive restaurant at the ground floor party hard until midnight if there are a lot of people in it. Your bed will vibrate, for free! There was no AC in the A suite rooms. We had to sleep with the window open where all the smoke/smells from the street came through, the noise was deafening. We told the front desk staff about it, nobody knew anything or could communicate properly about it. We got switched to another room, which also didn't have AC. We were told maintenance would come by and repair it, it did not get done and nobody at the front desk knew if maintenance came over. (We all know hotels just lie about not being aware the AC has been broken for weeks/months, especially when there are already extra portable fans and space heaters provided.) We asked no housekeeping, we also confirmed it on the tablet they require you to use. Someone came in every time to do our room. We brought the issue to the front desk, insisting no housekeeping. Someone still did our room. We raised again the issue with the young front desk guy who looked terrified even when you just said hello to him and who's eager to please but doesn't know how to solve anything. Most of the staff avoids your eyes anyway, you will not be greeted unless you need something. We couldn't use the room phone to contact the front desk, the line didn't work. Nobody picked up when I called from my phone. The bed was miserably firm, pillows are a lump, it was laughable. The outlets get pulled out of the wall when you gently unplug your phone. The tiles in the bathroom are not grouted and are wobbly under your feet. The shower drain has a hard time draining during a 5 minutes shower and there is no ventilation so the room stays extremely humid. In our first room, there were skid marks in the toilet when we checked in.

the hotel was dark and the shower stall walls did not extend out. Caused water to be everywhere in the bathroom during a shower.

Disappointing
The hotel has a lot of quirks ... in a positive way. This is not your cookie-cutter chain experience. The bed was comfortable, the hot water was good, and it has a lot of unrealized potential if someone invested the time into the "details" of the location. The price was reasonable compared to the other options when we booked, but despite the hotel's charms, the value provided was low. We will not stay here again.
The air conditioning, following inspection by the person who checked us in, "worked". If you positioned your hand immediately under the unit and held your breath, you could imagine potential airflow. You could not adjust the airflow speed or temperature, although the unit did emit a chirp of acknowledgement. Functionally, it did not work. Similarly, the ceiling fan. Here, everyone admitted, it did not work. The friendly inspector promised to investigate the air conditioner, the fan, and a potential room change the next day, none of which happened. You could say this too, did not work. There was a very fancy coffee station on the second floor (that never worked throughout our stay), and an ironing room with an iron so burnt and crusted that I went with wrinkles rather than potentially destroying a shirt much more expensive than the iron. In the moments before I discovered this, I went to the water dispenser located adjacent to the coffee machine to get water for the iron, only to discover that ... well ... by now, you can probably figure it out. To end on a positive note, the lounge staff (owned and operated by a separate company) were very friendly and provided us with enough complementary ice to get our chocolate home in solid form.

Very Good
The room was comfortable and the air conditioning is a benefit. Opening the windows out to the main street is a very noisy proposition. The complimentary toiletries were high quality. The location of the hotel is perfect. Short walk from the train station and close to everything in central Brussels.
The centralized coffee maker was always on the fritz.
