The room itself was clean, had all the necessary facilities. The breakfast was good with everything that is needed to be just right with your breakfast.
The staff was helpful and friendly.
The location is not the greatest. Although there is an easy and quick access to the trams and metro as well the location of the hotel itself was more or sell central (got get to the city center you just have to go straight most of the time) all the surrounding area feels unsafe and dirty.
Not the type of street where you would find yourself walking at late evening.

The staff were friendly and the room spacious, with plenty of pillows and coffee/tea facilities. Were it not for the problems with a blocked shower, it would have been a good stay.
I had paid for the room in advance and whenever this happens (at any hotel) my experience is that the room is not as good as it should be. The room was on the first floor (access by lift not secured by the hotel card) and a bit noisy. I did not like the layout of the room (the bed was between the bathroom door and the window, so there was a draught at night). Worst of all, the shower was totally blocked, which I noticed when the water had already spilled out onto the bathroom floor; I had to use most of the towels to scoop up the water. It crossed my mind that if the shower had been properly cleaned, the person cleaning it would have had to notice the blockage.

Property is next to the train station literally!!! But a little far from the center of Brussels, rooms are huge and super comfortable, breakfast was excellent. Nice big showers with water pressure ?
People smoking right in front of the entrance of the hotel. I know everyone smokes here but I was getting a little aggravated about this smoking situation.

I had booked a premium room and was told they didn’t have a premium room so they could refund me or take a smaller room with 1 bed even though we are 3 people. Never using that hotel again

Functional climate control. Very clean, modern, large room, great shower, comfortable furniture. Location is absolutely unbeatable for Brussel Zuid (you can even enjoy a view of the offices of various railway companies which share a building). Didn't use any of the bar/breakfast/meeting facilities as we were only there overnight for an early train but everything seemed more than serviceable.

This is a big place that has seen better days but it was easy to get to from the train station and it provided a nice spacious room.
As I said, the place has seen better days which is clear from some big empty spaces as you enter that are no longer being kept up so you have to wonder what used to be there. But the room was big and clean and the water in the shower was hot!
