Location right next to the station. Checked in easy, breakfast times were explained - very good breakfast. The room was spacious & clean. The bathroom was nice and big, but the door was huge & heavy, with the toilet behind. The hairdryer was in a bag behind the door & was brilliant.
Not enough milk left cantons in the tea/coffee tray. Good selection, though.

My husband slipped and fell in the shower. The shower was too slippery. This was just after he got in. In the morning when I mentioned this to the recotionist, his response was luckily I dont clean. This is outrageous. Secondly, when asked for tea or coffee, we got one sachet between 2. This happened twice and I had to remind the receptionist that its for 2 people. He said he doesnt have english breakfast tea. Its ridiculous, basic budget hotels meet these standards and Radisson failed!!

Excellent service in staying open way past their normal check-in time for all the travellers on my severely delayed Eurostar. Staff worked hard to make us all feel welcome.

Very close to Eurostar station. Presentable reception area, staff are nice. Comfortable bed, nice shower, good water pressure. The room is very presentable with big TV. They also gave complementary water bottles.
A (false) fire alarm went off at 4am, we had to of course go down and then used the stairs (5 flights) to go back to the room. The staff said it was probably due to someone smoking but we never knew what the real reason for it but all I remember is that it affected my sleep quality.

Very clean. Not noisy at all. You can rent umbrella.
You should change the position of the hand soap or the head of the dispenser, because it spits (it is a suggestion to every ParkInn). There was not much storage space just hangers. Wasn't any ironing board.

Location (only 1 mins from the train station). Sizable room. Sizable bathroom. Open view.
Not much. If the hotel block people smoking in the garden, that would be lovely. The hotel entrance area is a bit unusual as half of the entrance space is covered with roof and when it's raining people are smoking in this semi-closed area and make non-smokers do the indrect smoking. Only displeasing experience at this hotel.

The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and the location is right opposite to the midi train station
The restaurant was closed. One could only order something at the bar and take it to the room (no room service).
