Nice front office staff. Gifted Easter bunny toys to kids. No need of public transport or taxi. Because all the tourist attractions are nearby. We can make Belgium waffle our own during breakfast.
Space in lobby area and breakfast area is limited. So plan your breakfast accordingly.

Great location, very clean rooms. We asked to be on a higher floor and the staff gave us a room on the fifth overlooking the church and square. It was absolutely lovely.
I would have really liked a proper coffee machine instead of a kettle and instant, but I am a coffee addict so most people might not care about this.

Excellent location. Walking distance from Central Station, so we could take the train to and from the airport. Very lively through the day and it is very safe to get back to hotel at night
The amenities in the room were kind of poor. If you plan to sleep early at night, the street noise may not let you.

The view from the room was fantastic! Loved having the windows opened and having the happy noises from the square.
The breakfast was delicious, loved making my own waffles.

Location, in the center of the city, really close to central station and hop in hop off station (back of the hotel), close to museum and hubert galeries, a lot of lf restaurants. Good breakfast.
Price is high, but everything in Bruxelles is expwnsive
