We really enjoyed our stay everything was great !!!! The location was amazing, next to the city center and the train station.
Only two elevators that were a big small because we had a stroller with us. Especially in breakfast time it took a while for the elevator to come to the fifth floor empty.

The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is right next to the Grand Place and other central places. Everything is within walking distance. The breakfast was fine and we even received a promotion with a lower price.
The hotel is now dated. This can be seen in the hotel room's dated look. The sink was blocked and hardly drained at all. The hotel lift made weird noises and we were wondering if it might break at any moment. So, the hotel could use an overhaul at some not so distant future.

Location was incredible, parking was "not available" but there is a parking garage directly beside the hotel. It is not owned by the hotel but you pay like any other parking garage and it was very convenient. The restaurant was not open when we were there but there were PLENTY of options in the plaza. Felt safe, needed a roomkey to use the elevator.

For the same room we’ve paid more in the upcoming days. Two rooms in our floor kept putting smelly trash outside their room in the corridor. I know it’s not the hotel’s fault but may be you could cancel their reservation after several warnings
