Great location , suite was perfect for a family of 4 . Clean and very welcoming staff at reception.
The Air conditioning was not cool enough in the high heat week in brussels . Also , we wished the toilet was connected to the bathroom , it was all the way in the entrance . Other than that everything was great!

Located between the main train station and the Grand Place, it's right in the heart of Brussels' main tourist area.
Our room was below the usual Novotel standard; it showed too many signs of wear and neglect. It needed a good coat of paint - especially the doors and bathroom areas. We were paying top $$$ and expected a better presentation.

The hotel’s location is excellent, right in the city center, just a few steps from the main tourist attractions, which made getting around very easy. The reception staff were extremely kind, attentive to even the smallest details and truly contributed to our comfort. I sincerely appreciate all their attention and thank them all their kindness!
Regarding comfort, the rooms are very well located and the beds are extremely comfortable. After several days of exploring Brussels and two other cities, the excellent mattresses really helped us get a restful, high‑quality sleep.
Overall, the hotel suited us very well and we had a lovely experience.
Breakfast service was generally good, and most of the staff were attentive and involved. However, there was one serious exception: the breakfast supervisor. When I asked her for assistance with the waffle maker, she completely ignored us. She looked at us in a defiant, dismissive way, making it clear she had no intention of helping. Another staff member even pointed out our request to her, yet she deliberately chose to attend to another guest , preparing a coffee for them ,instead of addressing our request, in the normal order.
Because she refused to help, we ended up with burns on our hand, which made the situation even more upsetting. Only afterward did she send someone else to assist us. Her attitude was disrespectful, unprofessional, and entirely inappropriate for a hotel of this standard. I sincerely hope that this incident will be reviewed and that appropriate measures will be taken regarding this employee.
