Great location, lovely presents for my toddler at check in, friendly staff
The room was insanely hot and the temperature control made no difference at all. We swiped a card at reception to allow us to put extra charges onto the final bill but then it wasn’t accepted for room service which was inconvenient

The room was big and spacious. The location was perfect.
Difficult to keep the room cool. The AC was non functional and using the windows helped cool it down but because its in the center of the city that is operating 24/7 the noise of trucks and dumpsters going off made it difficult to leave them open all night which then made the room hot. It was a little bit of a back and forth.
