The Hotel is in a great location, a lot of the sights we wanted to see were all in walking distance. It is only a 10 minute walk from the train station that takes you direct to and from the airport and many other places in Belgium.
There was no shortage of cafes, bars and restaurants. They were all on your door step.
Lobby was quite nice as you enter the building. All the staff we felt with were very friendly and polite. The standard double room was spacious enough for 2. Nice shower room with a heated mirrors and nice big shower with good water pressure with rituals shampoo, shower gel and hand wash. Nice view from the 4th floor window that was a good size and could full open up. Rooms cleaned daily.
The cons of the room were that the mattress on the bed was not very comfortable. It was past the point of needing replacing in my opinion, there was a dip in the center meaning 2 people didn’t sleep great in it.
The toilet was separate to the shower, for me that’s not an issue, but the toilet was very small narrow and a bit claustrophobic and didn’t have a toilet brush. The toilet paper was also very cheap quality, and what I’d describe as, newspaper like in texture.
One of the 3 night the room got a bit warm, turned on the AC and it was noisy, not very cold and at max fan speed was hardly blowing out any air. Fortunately as I mentioned you could open a window that was but to let some fresh air in. Lastly the room was at the point of needing a freshen up with a lick of paint as you could see a bit of wear in I traffic points of the room.
Was all very manageable as we’d only stayed 3 nights, but I honestly wouldn’t have enjoyed it had I need to stay any longer.
€26 pp for breakfast wasn’t a great offer either, we had lovely breakfast locally for a lot less than €52 for 2 persons.
Before the trip I enquired about an early check in and was told via the bookings.com app if there was a room available it wouldn’t be an issue and I was fine with that. On arrival it was a fee of €35 which wasn’t mentioned when communicating with the hotel via the app.
The compound of many minor issues, it just fell a bit short for me, but can be easily rectified by the hotel.

Excellent location, comfortable bed and pillows. We were on the 5th floor, so no issues with noise besides the sort of frequent police (?) sirens from the street. The staff at the reception was super polite and friendly and they gave us recommendations for restaurants in the area!
I wish a pair of slippers was offered with the room since it was all carpeted. I believe you could purchase one from the reception (?), but we realized only on our last day there. Still, not a big issue!

Excellent hotel on a good location in the middle of the city next to a metro stop and a public parking
Little things can be improved to make it 10/10 instead of 9/10 such as a having a coffee machine in the room instead of instant coffee. The bed pillows are a little bit too soft for my liking but I assume others like this.
