Excellent location, comfortable bed and pillows. We were on the 5th floor, so no issues with noise besides the sort of frequent police (?) sirens from the street. The staff at the reception was super polite and friendly and they gave us recommendations for restaurants in the area!
I wish a pair of slippers was offered with the room since it was all carpeted. I believe you could purchase one from the reception (?), but we realized only on our last day there. Still, not a big issue!

The location is good.
We were staying in family room. Felt a bit old: the sofa, which becomes a bed, looked quite old, the bath/shower was not draining, the hangers in the bathroom were also almost detaching

Excellent hotel on a good location in the middle of the city next to a metro stop and a public parking
Little things can be improved to make it 10/10 instead of 9/10 such as a having a coffee machine in the room instead of instant coffee. The bed pillows are a little bit too soft for my liking but I assume others like this.

Great location close to the metro and the centre of Brussels. Very helpful and welcoming team. Plenty of space in the rooms including walk-in shower and mini fridge.
Some wall decor was a little shabby but no doubt there are planned refurbishments to a specific schedule.
