We booked the Novotel for my wife's birthday trip to Brussels and then onto Ostende. We have stayed there before as it is only around the corner from one of our favourite bar/restaurants (Grimbergen cafe). The staff were brilliant and even gave us a complimentary upgrade to make my wife's birthday extra special! Thank you!
They could not have made our stay any better! No negatives from us!

We heard the sounds of police cars, fire trucks, ambulances and people talking all night long. Breakfast very expensive.

Warm and central location
İt was not clean there were hair all over my bathroom and the constant noise in my room what is that sound please do sth about it. I couldnot sleep because of it♀️

The location
The breakfast was below standard. The fruit juices had been watered down, the safe in the room didn't work, no toilet brush in our executive room's cramped toilet. We asked for a quiet room. It overlooked a busy square with cafes/ bars. We were told that it was the quietest room/ area and that we could not be moved because the hotel was full. It did not look full. The 'swimming pool' only allows for four strokes before you reach the end. More of a splash pool. The 'free mini bar' ( we don't drink alcohol) only had four small drinks cans and one bottle of cold water.

Very Good
Good sized room. Clean and comfortable. Nice pool, sauna, and gym facilities. Breakfast was good and had a nice variety. Close to metro and tourist areas close to Brussels Centre station so good for traveling day trips to other Belgian cities.
