Location was very good and the parking garage was opposite the street.
It was a scorching day, like, 39C! I booked the hotel 'cause they said it had AC. When we got there, it was still super hot, and even the front desk agreed. They said the room would be cooler, but it wasn't at all. We complained, and they said there was nothing they could do, just gave us fans and opened the windows. It was still too hot to sleep. We asked for a fix and to talk to the manager, but they said there wasn't one on duty.

The location was great! Close to the main attraction areas. Hotel was spacious and looked nice.
While the hotel was spacious and great location, the facilities in the rooms were fairly dated. Like the consoles lacked USB-C charging pots, there wasn’t smart tv options. It was also odd that there were no power sockets at the desk. The bed in my room would make a sound every time I turned, think the bed frame needs to be changed. Also, it was interesting that my friends who checked-in shortly before me and after me all got upgraded to executive rooms, except me.

Disappointing
The hotel has a nice location, near the center, restaurants, bars, etc. Rooms are pretty spacious. The bar lobby was nice.
It said it had air conditioning, but when we got there the rooms were very hot. There was actually warm air coming out of the vents. When we called front desk, they just said they had the heater system on and if we wanted a cooler temperature, we needed to open the windows. That was pretty rude. And there was no way to sleep with the windows open either because of the noise. Also one of our bedrooms had a strong weed smell. We needed to move to another hotel and they did not refund our total money because "we needed to cancel 24 in advance". Like there was a way to know in advance that the air conditioning offered was not actually working. Will never go back.
