The room was big and spacious. The location was perfect.
Difficult to keep the room cool. The AC was non functional and using the windows helped cool it down but because its in the center of the city that is operating 24/7 the noise of trucks and dumpsters going off made it difficult to leave them open all night which then made the room hot. It was a little bit of a back and forth.

Rooms were clean and the location is perfect - close to metro / bus stations (including Brussels Central train station) and walkable to Grand Palace and other tourist spots.

Location was very good as it was just far away from the main centre and quiet enough to enjoy a good night sleep. We chose a family room which was a very good size for hanging around in for all 4 of us.

Great hotel in an amazing location, very close to many bars and restaurants, also not so far away from the main station. Breakfast was amazing, with plenty of options to choose from. The staff is very friendly and professional. Definitely, we would love to come back! Despite being close to many bars and restaurant the area is very quiet, which is a big plus! The room was very spacious, super clean, and the shower was amazing!

Good location in the center, walking distance from main attractions and public transport. There was a lot of floor space in our room. The shower was nice and the room was clean. There is one free water bottle per stay which was nice. The provided hand soap and shampoo is nice.
The TV was not great and the pillows were really terrible. There is a very strong perfume fragrance when you walk in the door in the lobby. The fridge in the room could have been a bit colder, but it was all right.
