Clean, professional staff - everything was as per expectations.
The toilet flush was a real pain, had to flush it many times to ensure everything went down. Took several attempts and at one time we needed help and had to move to a different room.
Same problem in the other room, didn’t complain this time as too much effort. I think it is the problem with toilet paper used by the hotel.

Location is excellent
We are a family, 2 adults and 2 kids. The Hotel gave us a room only have one big bed and one single bed only can sleep one person. So I need to share the big bed with 2 kids ,one is 9 years old and one is 11 years old. And the Wi-Fi is not so good

Excellent stay throughout. A bright and cheerful person on reception who checked us in quickly and offered advice.
We enjoyed a dip in the pool after a long and hot journey to get to Brussels and then had a great nights sleep. The breakfast was also fantastic! So nice to have some cooked food as well as fruit included.
We think it was excellent - nothing we didn’t enjoy.

Breakfast was good, with a huge selection, it’s €22 for an adult, and free for children who are accompanying an adult. Pool was nice and heated and check-in was fast and friendly.
We stayed with our 2 children for 2 nights, sleeping pillows need replacing. Lots of paint chips on the walls, it’s painted in a dark colour so you can tell, lots of white plaster showing. Couldn’t stream services on the tv like Netflix. Our room wasn’t made up while we were out, we came back about 3:30-4ish and rooms was still messy, we were too tired to wait for the rooms to be serviced even though we were asked.
