Location is great. Helpful and friendly stuff. Great view from the rooms. Room size was pretty good .
The breakfast was not that great. Considering the price for the breakfast was 24 euros.

I arrived early for check in and despite being told by the staff that my room would be ready in 5 minutes; we had to wait an hour and a half. The room itself was fine, clean and had everything we needed. A little outdated decor wise but not a big deal. The room was cleaned everyday and towels restocked. Decent selection of food for breakfast and the location itself was handy for the main attractions in Brussles

Novotel Brussels City Centre has a good location, around a 10-minute walk from the station. However, the walk is not very convenient if you have luggage. If you need to catch a train from Brussels Midi station, taking an Uber would be a better and more comfortable option.

Centrally located from both old and new side Brussels, close to Grand place 8 mins walk
The bathroom had very basic amenities and bathroom didnt have hot water just warm, and toilet and bathroom was separate, esp. If you are not used to using only Toilet rolls it would be a problem like it was for us.
