Really nice hotel! The Staff were all very friendly and helpful! The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. We had a comfortable stay. Walking distance from most tourist attractions. Amazing location of you're coming for the Christmas markets, as there big market just outside the hotel.

The hotel is so central, location is perfect. You are bang in the middle of everything.
I came for the Christmas Markets, and there is a huge one on your doorstep! There are also a few near the hotel. Everything is really close together.
The room is great, spacious, amazing shower and bed super comfortable.
Check out at 11am is too early. I asked for a later check out, and highlighted 12pm is standard. The staff member could have handled the situation better. They were very defensive, I did not feel I was heard. This is not the customer service I expected from Novotel.
