The location is very good because all the main attractions and good restaurants are close.
The restaurant opens at 4 pm so we weren't able to have lunch there.

I enjoyed the location. It was a 10 minute walk from the Brussels Central Train Station.
The food choices for vegetarians are limited on the restaurant menu.

Hotel was good and confortable.
Location is terrible, although in city center, the area is full of homeless people and we were advised not to go out during the night, especially with young children. It doesn't seem safe.
Would be nice if we would have received some usual amenities in the room ( like house shoes or other things in the bathroom) I appreciated though the Rituals soap and shampoo.

Location was great. We walked to nearly every place we wanted to go.
The bed was hard, but confortable enough.
They advertised a laundry, but it is really a laundry service. That was disappointing.

The room was big and spacious. The location was perfect.
Difficult to keep the room cool. The AC was non functional and using the windows helped cool it down but because its in the center of the city that is operating 24/7 the noise of trucks and dumpsters going off made it difficult to leave them open all night which then made the room hot. It was a little bit of a back and forth.

Rooms were clean and the location is perfect - close to metro / bus stations (including Brussels Central train station) and walkable to Grand Palace and other tourist spots.
