Great location, friendly and helpful staff, clear explanation of facilities, flexibility on booking breakfast (we hadn't included it with our booking but was good to know the option was there)
We tried to use the pool, but when we went down there wasn't enough space as there were several families with children using it. Would it be an option to have a 'families timeslot' so if we want a quieter swim we know what time to avoid?

Very close to Grand Place. Many restaurant option to choose from nearby and the hotel is clean and spotless.

Great location, fantastic breakfast, friendly staff. The superior family room was a good size and worked well for us.

The best stay…hassle free. Easy check in, good room, excellent facilities and great location. Staff helpful and welcoming. Good option for a family (2+2) as the room is a good size and set up well.

Great location in the centre of Brussels, about 10 mins walk from the Grand Place and close to amenities such as cafes, restaurants, bars, metro. Very comfortable rooms with plenty of space, good shower and storage space, and good quality toiletries. A really pleasant stay and staff on the desk and around the hotel were friendly and helpful. Very handy to have a mini fridge and a sofa in the room as well.
There was a little bit of street noise from buses but overall not too bad (I always travel with earplugs for sleeping anyway). The decor (wall coverings) in the rooms was a little in need of refurbishment but not enough to cause a problem.
