Location, facility, comfort of the room
It was perfect. I do not eat much for breakfast but for the ones looking for variety, one could improve a bit the offer of cheese and ham and some variety in the fresh fruit

This was a gorgeous hotel, very nice large rooms, and wonderful staff. There was a real bathtub in my room which was quite a treat after nearly a week of hard traveling for me. The bed was as really comfortable, the room was very spacious and clean, and even though I was right next to the elevator the noise was not bad. They have real hotel keys for your room which is wonderful and charming. I had a very early taxi to catch and the man working the morning I left went out of his way to get me a coffee and make sure I left on time to make my train.
Nothing! This was my favorite hotel after spending a week in many different cities in The Netherlands and Belgium

Gorgeous room with coffee maker, kettle, bathrobes etc. Very friendly staff.
Noise from trams at the front of the hotel so I would ask for a room at the back next time.

It was at a very convenient location, tram stops were at couple of 100yards away from the hotel, lots of local restaurants and bars near it and it is located at the shopping centre Avenue Louise.
The hotel is lovely, quiet despite being at the busy shopping street and very clean.

We had a very quiet room which was quite spacious. Every amenity was right in the room- coffee maker, kettle, robes, slippers and lots of bottles of shampoo/conditioner/soap etc. The staff was very good, especially Suzanna who wakes us to the team station and told us how it worked and how to pay for it. Very kind indeed.
Everything was convenient to where we wanted to go. Lots of shops on the street as well. Breakfast was great with lots of variety. We ate well every morning.
