Staff was extremely nice and helpful. The hotel was very cozy and had a very nice fragrance in both the common areas and the room itself. I was coming back to the hotel after a couple of days and they kindly held onto my luggage and refrigerated medication and even left it in my room as soon once it was available.
The central AC apparently stopped working properly during our stay, making our room just a little too warm, no matter what temperature we left the thermostat at.

Walls were a bit thin so could hear the muffled conversation on next door. Turning on the vent system though helped to add white noise.

Very clean, modern, cosy hotel. Room was lovely. Hotel has a pool table and outside giant chessboard and table tennis table. Theres also a lovely space for guests to relax and have tea/coffee of something stronger. Breakfast was excellent- beautifully presented with lots of choice! Great quiet location about 20 min walk from city centre. Lots of restaurants around - highly recommend Tero on the corner nearby.

We always like to return to your hotel even though it's a 30 minute walk to places like Bozar. On the other hand it's not right where there are droves of tourists and there are a nice assortment of restaurants and coffee bars in the area. Also, we like the staff (always kind and friendly), the atmosphere, the decor, the environmentally friendly bottles of water, and always always the CROISSANTS!
The beds could be better. That's always been the case, they consistently seem to be worn down on the outside. That is either because you need to buy higher quality, longer lasting beds or you have to test and replace them more often. We realize that an investment of either sort costs money and may result in higher prices.

I really enjoyed my stay – the room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, with a desk perfect for work. The receptionist was very polite, and the breakfast offered a nice variety of hot and cold options.
The hotel is about a 20–30 minute walk from Brussels centre, which I was aware of. The area itself felt nice and safe, and there are public transport options available.
