Overall services, breakfast and cleanliness of the rooms was very good. I most like your staff over there very friendly and supportive. What I enjoyed was the Crosson / coffee that you provide for customers free of charge was good. not go behind money. it makes me feel to come back again. Thank you.

Very clean, modern, cosy hotel. Room was lovely. Hotel has a pool table and outside giant chessboard and table tennis table. Theres also a lovely space for guests to relax and have tea/coffee of something stronger. Breakfast was excellent- beautifully presented with lots of choice! Great quiet location about 20 min walk from city centre. Lots of restaurants around - highly recommend Tero on the corner nearby.

We always like to return to your hotel even though it's a 30 minute walk to places like Bozar. On the other hand it's not right where there are droves of tourists and there are a nice assortment of restaurants and coffee bars in the area. Also, we like the staff (always kind and friendly), the atmosphere, the decor, the environmentally friendly bottles of water, and always always the CROISSANTS!
The beds could be better. That's always been the case, they consistently seem to be worn down on the outside. That is either because you need to buy higher quality, longer lasting beds or you have to test and replace them more often. We realize that an investment of either sort costs money and may result in higher prices.

I really enjoyed my stay – the room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, with a desk perfect for work. The receptionist was very polite, and the breakfast offered a nice variety of hot and cold options.
The hotel is about a 20–30 minute walk from Brussels centre, which I was aware of. The area itself felt nice and safe, and there are public transport options available.

We stayed in room 65 which is a family room, enormous bed in one enormous room and a single bed in another room up a few stairs, then up a few more stairs to the enormous bathroom with a bath and a walk-in shower. It felt more like an apartment than a hotel room, it was absolutely fabulous! The staff could not do enough for us, in the reception area there is beer, wine and snacks for sale, there is chilled water and bottles to fill yourself. The free sweets on the counter were lovely, there is a pool table inside and outside a peaceful garden and patio area with a large outdoor chess set. There was a large choice at breakfast, cereals and nuts, even pots of chia seeds / raspberry sauce, cold meats, cheeses, various breads and fruits, pastries, jams and spreads and a small hot food section. Great coffee machine which delivered creamy lattes.
The location is perfect for upmarket shopping on Avenue Louise, accessing the Grand Place area and the ponds at Ixelles, next to which is a great Art Deco bar with a wide choice of bottled and draught Belgian beers. Hotel is approx 10/15 mins from Gare du Midi so perfect if arriving by Eurostar. Thank you so much Made in Louise, you gave us a wonderful and relaxing few days away!!

Some people might find it too far from the major sights but we found it ideal to be away from the crowds.

We liked the location — it was a peaceful area but very close to public transport and also within walking distance of the city centre. There are nice coffee shops and restaurants around, as well as a decent supermarket.
Our room overlooked the quiet inner courtyard, so it was absolutely tranquil. The bed was very comfortable, and we had a great night’s sleep.
We also liked the common area that we could use. It included the courtyard and an indoor sitting area where you can make tea or coffee and grab a snack.
The breakfast was very good. We particularly loved the tasty cooked vegetables, as we try to follow a healthy diet. Everything else we tried was also fresh and delicious.

Clean and comfortable hotel, I enjoyed my stay.
Walls were a bit thin so could hear the muffled conversation on next door. Turning on the vent system though helped to add white noise.

The hotel was very unique. We liked the recreational options such as chess and table tennis and courtyard. There was a billiard room but rather small which made it difficult to extend the pool cues. There was free coffee and water all day. The room was clean and comfortable although a little small. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You can purchase snacks and beer. The location was ideal.. a 10minute walk from the metro station. We will definitely stay here again.
