Location is fantastic - a lovely quiet neighbourhood but not too far from the centre. Also free sparkling water was chocolates at reception were great!

The check in was really smooth, the staff lovely, and the breakfast is really good and varied. I particularly also liked the charming outdoor courtyard, it it nice to sit in (if the weather is good, which it was!)"

The breakfast was fantastic. Lots of variety of food, nice and hot, with lots of drinks and healthy food with the local cuisine and other types. The staff kept everything topped up and were really friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful- lovely wallpaper, with a generous sized bedroom and lots of space for putting luggage away, a desk and a chair. Bathroom was also generous- lovely large shower and a bath with a good sized wardrobe. The hotel was located in a quiet area but close enough to walk to cafes, restaurants and the main part of town (30 mins) an easy walk if you like walking. The facilities, with a pool (billiards) room, and courtyard and sitting area with coffee and tea available at all hours was well serviced.
This hotel would not have been easy for those with a disability- there were lots of stairs, even though there was a lift to the rooms and also from the front door and out to the courtyard there were lots of stairs and no ramps. It would be good to have tea and coffee available in the rooms and a kettle so if you want a quiet /tea by yourself instead of having to go up and down the stairs each time.

Hotel was great, staff was friendly and my room was just big enough for myself alone. Some people mentioned they were small but I did not experience such lack of space at all. Location was good enough for the price, it is around 25 min. to center if to be walked. Overall, I will definitely consider staying in this place again if I visit Brussels.
I think stairs are a bit noisy due to made of wood. Rapid climbing on the stairs makes noise around all surrounding rooms I think.

Charming, cosy and characterful hotel - quiet room, relaxing with stylish decor and period features in this old building. Unlimited and free (good-quality) coffee, tea, sparkling and chilled water. There are a some nice local restaurants. Recommend 'Le Pavillion' bistro on the corner.
A little TLC needed in a couple of areas: a paper window blind, old hairdryer, hall carpet.

Ambience, large comfortable room & good bathroom with lovely Clarins shower gel etc.
The staff were lovely & really helpful.
The garden/courtyard could be improved & it would be a really nice place to have a drink.

The room was lovely. Breakfast had an excellent selectionz
I was wrong in assuming since they had an elevator that thered be no stairs. Wrong assumption. Limited access. Not wheelchair possible. Stairs everywhere. I thought it would closer to Brussels Expo. Its not. But its very close the art gallery that I also wanted to visit.
