The employees were really nice, eager to help. The hotel is very chic, with a tasteful decor, and the area is quiet but not far from the main attractions. Breakfast was tasty, with enough options to chose from.

This is my favorite hotel in Brussels. One of the best hotels I ever stayed in in terms of complete atmosphere. I feel almost like visiting an old friend, a feeling I seldom get in a hotel.

Love the really warm service, the breakfast was very good too! The room is fantastic! we felt very welcome!
The bathroom door privacy screen was not there, as I am traveling with friends, it became a little inconvenient.

Great hotel in the nice safe quiet location close to the centre. Officially it's 3*, but better than some 5*s. Loveliest people, recently refurbished, breakfast with really good quality ingredients, great toiletries with propolis made by the local brand (I liked them so much that bought a bottle of their skincare to take home). Rooms facing either quiet street or the inner yard - my room was facing the street, and I was sleeping with the open window, no noise. I will stay here again!

Location, layout and set up, tea and coffee facilities, pool room, staff.
Our bathroom door didn’t have any privacy glass or blind and therefore made it difficult for bathroom purposes.

Very nice Hotel with charme. Nearby a Trends area with Bars, Restaurants etc. Also only a Short step to Supermarkt, Sightseeing. The rooms are nice, Quote. Super friendly staff. Fully recommendstion!

Very expensive for a small, no frills room. No in-room tea or coffee making facilities. Although coffee was free of charge in the lobby, we had to pay for tea?! Three floors down to make the tea in the morning.

Excellent breakfast in an light and airy room. Staff always friendly and ready to help. Free still & sparkling water a godsend on hot days. Location near Avenue Louise, one of the main concourses heading into the city centre. Italian restaurant on the corner "Ciao Bella" is also very good and worth a visit.
Room was a little cramped, as was the lift. Steps up to reception and to the lift are difficult if you have heavy cases. These are pretty minor issues though.

The welcome, the staff, the beautiful house, the location, the free coffee, the terrace, the trees I could see from my room.
I could hear the noise of the lift from my room. There was work in the lobby so it was not available.
