I was attending an event in Brussels, and the hotel was nearby, so the location was very convenient. I had breakfast at the hotel, and it was delicious with plenty of options. I also appreciated the check-in. I had an issue with the credit card, and the manager provided immediate support, so the issue was resolved.
Everything was fine during my stay; however, there are not many restaurant options in the immediate area. If you walk for about 15 minutes, there are many good options.

The location is perfect. Easy walking access to business, restaurants, and shopping. The architecture is amazing! High speed internet allowed me to conduct business efficiently.
Don’t rely completely on gps for navigating narrow streets with high buildings. Pay attention to where you are while walking. But, the locals are friendly and will help when your gps mapping system doesn’t.

Such a charismatic hotel with so much history flowing through its corridors. Amazing decor , old days ambience, generous size rooms, comfortable bed with extra lush pillows. Our stay has been wonderful
One member of the staff needs some more training on being polite and pleasant to guests. The attitude did not match with the hotels atmosphere

Great location, parking available (albeit €39.- per night), very friendly staff, ample breakfast buffet.
Our deluxe family suite was unfortunately more like two rooms which were made into a suite by a front door. So it felt more like two rooms, one with a living room and one without. Lots of room but we missed the „suite“-like feeling.

It seemed very old, and they clearly they were doing renovation but it didn’t reach the room we stayed in. You need to go to a back elevator to reach our floor, there were a couple of steps to reach it and we had 4 bags with us.

Excellent location, excellent staff and very good ambiance.
The cupboards and washroom doors are really old please change them. The bar behind the alley is too loud, install soundproofing window as it cannot make you sleep.
