Poor
The location only
They are slow for check in and they don’t have employees to carry your bag to or from your room which is very bad when they say we are FIVE STAR HOTEL and the break fast is just bad and very very simple

Classy and clean, with helpful personnel and excellent breakfast
1) The breakfast room is in the basement which is inaccessible by elevator 2) The 2 elevators of the building are slow and aged.

Wonderful
The location is excellent, 10 minute walk to Grand Place. The entrance area is nice and the room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was entirely buffet based but it was good quality. The staff were courteous and polite. Our bed was huge.
The lift to the hotel parking is quite tight and not everybody will enjoy this particular experience. It is also charged at a higher price than public parking which is located about 3 minutes away.

Good
It is close to the market, train station and tram. But, you could see many homeless people in the streets around the place. Not safe to go out in the evening.
The room lightings should be better arranged. The towels and pillows were clean but smell a tiny bit.
