The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and within easy reach of the main parts of the city. We stayed for just one night as a stopover before flying out of Brussels. The stay was comfortable overall. While the hotel appears a little dated, it is functional and serves its purpose well. One of the biggest advantages is the location—we were able to return to the hotel to drop off our shopping before heading out again for dinner, which made things very convenient.

The worst mattress I can remember. Mushy and with a valley the middle of the bed. Not acceptable for an otherwise upscale hotel.

The room was perfect, plenty of space, very comfortable and stylish. The location of the hotel couldn’t have been better. So close to Grand Place and all the shops but also not far from the station and a taxi rank nearby

I was assigned a very cosy room in the modern part, which was spacious and very welcoming.
It would have been appreciated complimentary water or the mention whether the tap water was drinkable.
