I was exhausted when arrived in Brussels, so I appreciated every detail in the hotel's room, and then I compared this hotel with others I stay and I can say that this was amazing, all here was well thought out to provide a great rest and restore energy to continue traveling. The bed was very comfortable, and the hotel had a great and well-connected location so I could walk or take the train everywhere.
For my room, and a few others I observed, when you go out from the lift, then you have to go upstairs some ten steps to access the door room, that was I little bit inconvenient.

Disappointing
Location of hotel was good except that the taxi could not access the property, which necessitated our struggling with the suitcases over cobblestone streets, causing minor damage to one wheel.
As stated above, the lack of taxi access and the absence of a bellman to help two people over 75 get the bags to the room, caused considerable effort and discomfort due to climbing dangerous, poorly lighted stairs. It was disappointing to realize that the staff was indifferent.

Beautiful hotel! It felt like luxury to stay here. Staff were really pleasant and accommodating; they let us leave our luggage before check-in and after a check-out so we could explore the city.

We loved the big room. Its in an amazing location and a neat old building.
They charge you for everything minibar, breakfast pretty expensive. There is a coffee and tea maker but only one tea bag/coffee pod per person per day so skimpy.

Nice, relaxing atmosphere. Beatifully decorated lounges and also hotel rooms. Our room was excellent, quiet and warm. Comfortable one night stay.
Location of the hotel is very near the Brussels Central Station. The street in fronf of hotel is really busy and full of tourists. I personally like other areas of Brussels much more. This hotel is however very handy if you want to continue somewhere with a train.

We stayed in the 1-bedroom suite with the private terrace. It was an absolutely beautiful space. The living area was gorgeous and had 2 sleeper sofas. The staircase up to the bedroom was just stunning in its old-world charm. The bedroom was comfortable, and the bathroom was large with plenty of counter space and an electrical outlet (which is not always a guarantee in Europe). The location is perfect - just a couple of minutes walk from the train station, and about 5 minutes from the Grand Place. The only challenge was the AC. The unit upstairs worked very well, but the unit downstairs was broken, and it was a really warm day. We requested a fan for the room, and they brought one to us. With the window open and the fan on, my friend was very comfortable sleeping in that space.
Not a dislike, so much as a disclosure for other travelers. To reach the room, you take the elevator up, and then have to climb 2 additional sets of stairs (with 5-10 steps each). Then once inside the suite, there is a wooden spiral staircase that leads up to the bedroom and only bathroom in the suite. It was a bit to manage with luggage, but not terrible. My friend having to walk through my bedroom in the middle of the night to use the bathroom wasn't ideal, but it also wasn't a big deal for us. Might not be as desirable for others. Also the stairs could pose an issue for people with mobility challenges.
