The room and bathroom were large. Bed very comfortable. Lots of hot water. English language TV stations. Just a couple of blocks from the main square but the room was very quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful.
I felt the breakfast was lacking. The warm food was barely warm. I will say the fresh fruit salad was wonderful and they did have gluten free bread if requested.

I give this hotel an 11 out of 10. It’s been over a month since my visit, yet I still look back on the trip with delight and tell my friends all about it. The hotel and the room (I stayed in a suite) were simply incredible! The staff were wonderful. I wanted to extend my stay, but the room was already booked—which is no surprise, given what a fantastic place it is. I will definitely return to this specific hotel in Brussels! What surprised me most was that I wasn't asked for payment or a deposit at check-in; I settled the bill upon departure. I’ve traveled the world, but this was the first time I’ve experienced such a welcoming attitude toward guests. That’s why I decided to write a review—something I’ve never done before. It’s an incredible place, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel! Loved it.

Good location, nice quiet hotel, rooms a good size. Beds good & comfortable. Actually it meets 4 star standards. Clean.
I booked 2 garden rooms & only one of us had a garden view. They are called Garden Rooms so i expected to look over the garden rather than rooftops & buildings. I didn't change as we didn't spend a lot of time in room & it was quiet & ok. Rooms are a bit soul-less & bland but they are spacious & equipped with tea/coffee & bathroom is also a decent size with separate toilet so some good things in there too.

The location is so convenient. Near the main square, close to all bars/restaurants and a 2 min walk to the station. The staf is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is really good. We did not eat breakfast. The rooms are quite good in size compared to typical European rooms. We did not have a view per se but it has good windows for natural light. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom was the highlight. Extremely modern and very spacious. It has a bath tub and a built in TV (which was not working for me). Highly recommended.
