The room was amazing - it was very spacious, with a cosy den which incorporated a sitting area and the bathroom. Great location, just steps from the central train station, in a busy area but very quiet inside the hotel.

Location was perfect just 120m from brussels central train station and near to many historical attraction.our room was big and we don't have any problem with our luggages .
The breakfast was fine,though a bit more variety make it better.

Great location. Beautiful old building very tastefully decorated throughout with art works, ceramics and paintings. Very comfortable bed, quality linen. Easy access within a few min walk from Brussels Central station.
We could not make air conditioning unit working as there was no operating instructions in the room but staff offered to come to room and to sort it out.

Fantastic central location, very clean and comfortable. Very tasteful decor.
Lift does not go to same floor as room so still have to climb stairs. Terrace/balcony has no view or in this case view of building next door and scaffolding.
