When I arrived the room I was given was a disaster. I complained and was upgraded.
Please do note the upgraded room as far, very far, from any 5 star hotel.
(When you go to pick up a phone to ring front desk to complain of multiple deficiencies and you notice the phone isn't connected - to anything)
The whole experience!
The 'facilities' mentioned in booking's description were simply not available. No bar, no restaurant, nothing!
The room was tiny.
The breakfast was sub motel,
The staff were very apologetic - but could do nothing.
The 'Operations' manager offered 2 tiny boxes of sweets ...........

The most enjoyable part of our stay, absolutely, was leaving this property.
Everything else, from the moment we arrived was a disaster.
The booking description was totally misleading. The comments also.
This 5 star hotel, (stars awarded by the Brussels government) would be pushed to be 2 star anywhere else.
No bar available for 4 days.
Room standard hilton double.
Breakfast was better in the motel we stayed at on the way.
Nothing, really nothing worked. A true waste of money.
I would need a whole page to list all the problems.

The location of the hotel is excellent, next to the Chatelain quarter and just off Avenue Louise with its many shops, restaurants, and public transport links. Staff are very helpful and friendly. My room was clean, a good size, and well furnished with all the amenities required. Bath robe and slippers very welcome. I enjoyed a very comfortable and easy stay. The hotel was good value for money. I would highly recommend this hotel.
