One of my guests was made to pay for breakfast despite having booked and paid for breakfast in advance. On arrival the person on reception confirmed when handing the key without being asked that breakfast was included. On the day of departure the person on reception insisted that my guest had to pay for one breakfast. She did but when she told me about it on her return to London I was very upset I would like you to take this up with the hotel and have the money wrongly deducted to be retuned to my credit card

The building itself is gorgeous inside. The staff were lovely and we were able to leave our bags behind reception before check-in. We got a free upgrade on our room which was stunning. The room was so nice. Large windows with loads of sunlight. Bathroom with shower and bath, separate toilet which was perfect. Had a tv, coffee machine, fridge. The bed was so comfortable and the linen was good quality
Everything was really brilliant. I would say they could probably upgrade the hair dryers in the rooms. The breakfast was also a bit pricey but there’s loads of gorgeous cafes nearby.

A really clean and welcoming hotel. Perfectly located near the tram lines and close to bars/restaurants. The room was huge and really comfortable. Friendly staff and an all round great stay!

The room was very large, great view, and comfortable bed.
Staff was not particularly friendly or helpful, cleanliness in the bathroom was also lacking. The location is not very central, but good for certain areas

they greeted us so kindly and answered every question that we asked clearly and nicely. they were always smiling and fulfilled every expectations in a very good very. it was a very nice experience. breakfast options were good and sufficient. room was clean and comfortable. its location is also great. you can walk to tram stations in just 2 minutes. if we visit brussels again we would definitely choose to stay there.
there was nothing negative about our experience.
