Very Good
The rooms were well appointed and plenty of space for our family of four. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. A very pleasant experience.

Wonderful
Location & parking facility. Breakfast was good (when not at F1) but the early start breakfast bag had dried bread for the sandwich.
Expensive parking and difficult driving around the centre of Brussels. The Hotel sign is on the very top and difficult to notice until you know it is there.

This is a very good hotel, beautiful and comfortable. The staff members were attentive and helpful. It is located in a particularly beautiful neighbourhood of Brussels. Highly recommended.

Disappointing
Loved the location and the rooms. Rooms were spacious and clean.
Some of the staff weren’t very welcoming. Hotel wasn’t overall busy. Limited choice for breakfast but it was fresh. But saying that there is so much choices for breakfast/brunch places near the hotel so if I ever stay again in the same area - I won’t book the breakfast again. As I don’t think it was value for money. My kids most days didn’t even wake up for breakfast or just had some bread.
For some reason hotel had an issue about providing water. Especially in this heat !
We didn’t use any other facilities at hotel - hardly anyone in the bar. Plenty of choices of nice places to eat and drink literally a stone away from hotel. So basically I loved the location but not recommending the hotel.
Which was a shame as I thought it was a boutique 5 star hotel run by a Belgian family so was hoping for personal touch but it was like just another hotel in tourist location so don’t expect much.

Location is okay!
Definitely not five stars. Four stars, perhaps, but only tentatively.
I was disappointed that no parking space was provided, even though parking is advertised as being available at the property. There is, however, a parking area behind the building that can be booked online through the BeePark application. The cost is approximately €50 for three days.

Pleasant
the parking was not working again (second time in 2 years) and parking outside is super expensive and not very safe

Spacious and welcoming room with both bathtub and shower. Comfortable beds. Location close to cafés, restaurants, shopping. Functional gym on 8th floor. Friendly staff.
Location a bit difficult from the airport. I would recommend taking a taxi.

Good
We stayed during the unprecedented heatwave in June (+37) and were happy with a properly functioning AC that allowed us to sleep well at night. The breakfast was also great with a lot of choice (although the buffet didn’t look like much at a first glance) - fresh fruit, good local cheese, very tasty bread, artisanal jams etc.
The plumbing in the room badly needs to be modernised - you either get cold or scalding hot water in the shower. Also if your partner opens the lavabo tap and you are in the shower, you get scalding hot water as well.
Overall the room needs to be renovated as things are falling apart eg the toilet flush panel falls off if you are not careful, the wall telephone is also not well secured etc. Cleaning standards also left to be desired - after coming back in the evening, we found hairs on the toilet floor that were not there when we left in the morning.
All in all, I would not classify this hotel as a 5 star looking at its facilities.
