Everything is very old and outdated. It definitely doesn’t feel like a 5-star hotel at all.
Several times, the cleaning staff entered our room without knocking while we were inside, even when we were sleeping. This is completely unacceptable and made us feel very uncomfortable

Spacious and welcoming room with both bathtub and shower. Comfortable beds. Location close to cafés, restaurants, shopping. Functional gym on 8th floor. Friendly staff.
Location a bit difficult from the airport. I would recommend taking a taxi.

Staff very accommodating and friendly. The gym was okay.
The bar and restaurant are closed on Sunday and Monday the two days we stayed. A lot of restaurants and cafes in the area are also closed on Sunday's, so do need to travel out of the area to find places that are open.

Very nice staff, especially at reception (thank you, Charles). We were travelling with our mother, who is 88 yrs old, with limited mobility. The staff was very kind and helpful. Facilities are a bit old but clean and all good.

The room is advertised as 27m2, it wasn't. The toilets had fracture lines, anyone who knows what happens to porcelain cracks, knows what damage it can cause. The sink drain was clogged. Requested a room change, given a new room. The same small-sized room, not 27m2, but smaller! The mattress in both rooms? Uncomfortable to even lie on! The shower was unsafe as the bathtub had a slope as you exit, meaning you could slip and get injured by hitting your head to either the glass or the wall, no support rails!

The location was close to a lot of nice places and fairly easy to reach. Check-in and check-out was very simple and fast. The hall is very pretty and the people there are very nice. Breakfast was ok.
The restaurant was the only option to hang and relax. The toilet in my room got clogged. The room sheets were not very clean and smelled funny. I sneezed a lot. It was difficult to get good temp control in the room. I could hear the tv in the other room and the window was hitting something the whole night. I did not rest well.

Great shower pressure
The hair blow dryer did not work. When I called the staff at the front desk the gentleman came upstairs to look at it. He agreed that it wasn't working properly but he didn't offer any solutions. I asked if they had a dryer I could use and he said no. I then spoke with a woman at the front desk the next day and she said the same thing. How can a supposedly luxury hotel not have an extra blow dryer! I was there for 4 days and this was a true inconvenience that was completely dismissed by the staff.
The bathroom appeared clean but unfortunately did smell of urine. I didn't even bother telling housekeeping after not getting any help with the dryer.
