Very convenient location. Walls were a bit thin, so we could hear people coming and going. Besides that, it's in a very easy to reach location from metro or bus.
The walls were a little thin.

Nice location, near the metro, bus, tram stations. The staff was friendly and attentive. Room was spacious enough. Nice breakfast with just enough varieties. Fitted great for my obligations nearby.
Somewhat worn out facility. Old-school room key and switches in the room - can be regarded as a charming reminder of good old times, though.

A little adventure in time, this quaint hotel still holds the vibrations of its past visitors.
Hidden and extremely quiet (except for doors opening and closing with a real key! when other guests come and go) it is an experience to be had :)

It’s a charming old-style hotel with classic décor. The room was decent and clean, and the bed was quite comfortable.
The location was great—close to shopping areas, restaurants, and the EU institutions.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. It has a pool/garden outside.
I would have preferred to have a water kettle in the room, along with some tea or coffee options.
The breakfast was fine, but I think it would be nice to change a few items from day to day to keep it more interesting for guests staying multiple days. The chocolate cake was okay, but there’s definitely room for improvement ?

The charm of the place and history was awesome.. we have enjoyed the pool as well.
The room we had, didn’t had a real window, it was really hot even with the fan. That was our disappointment.

The best part of the hotel in a heatwave is the pool. The staff were friendly and were upselling breakfast which was overpriced. The hotel has a certain style which is nice. The shower is incredible and is like standing under a waterfall.
Tiny room. I stayed in Chloe 302. You cannot move in the room. There is NO AIRCON and only the noisiest desk fan in the world. It was way too warm. The room hit 39 degrees at one point. There are no tea of coffee making facilities. To fresh water and a tiny TV. My room faced the urine smelling alley too where the deliveries came. Very thin walls and a very noisy sleep. €16 for breakfast is extortionate when it's continental.

Disappointing
Nothing to like really. The breakfast was great, but we paid seperate for breakfast, so it is not really a part of this review.
One of the ugliest rooms I have ever stayed in. Totally worn down. Dark and dirty. The hotel also seemed to have a new rooms, but cannot comment on those as we did not stay in these rooms.
