Location is perfect and the bed is very comfortable. The style of the renovation of the rooms is very cute and the staff was friendly. We had a good stay overall. We also had a room towards the inner yard so it was very quiet to sleep which was appreciated! We would come back.
Our sheets were not really the cleanest. There were stains and some hairs. No real place to store things properly especially not in the bathroom. Also, that there is carpet in the whole room will probably become a bigger issue in the future than what it is now. Our shower was really where the entrance is and as it’s all carpet you come out of the shower where you for sure enter with your shoes. So there were stains all over the carpet already when we arrived even if it was renovated this year. Don’t think it will age well unfortunately. Also bathroom was weird for us.

Great location for the centre of the city. Some very nice brasserie type restaurants nearby. Room was basic but provided what it had to, a very comfortable bed, a good shower.
No restaurant, lift did not work, no chair in the room, no coat hangers, could not work out how the coffee machine worked and no instructions. I could not work out how to get the overhead shower to work rather than the hand held shower. Perhaps says a lot more about me than the hotel!! None of these are important but together they created an impression short of good.

Ee had issue with wifi in the room. Staff were very helpful, they immediately changed our room for better one. Elevator is available. Thank you for the staff, they made our stay very comfortable and memorable. I suggest to stay at this hotel. It was in the city centre and was easy to go anywhere.

Everything was very nice. The staff were very helpful and gave me a toothbrush, as I had forgotten mine at home. Very kind and attentive.

Not the comfiest - the room was quite small and there were some issues with the decor - a painting fell off the wall in the middle of the night giving us a scare!

The interior design was gorgeous mid century modern, bed was comfortable and it was pretty well located.
Unfortunately every time someone opened their door on our floor it would cause our door to slam even though the door was closed and locked. There was no main light in the room which made it difficult for getting ready once the sun had gone down. Also I hate showers into the room, there is no privacy.

Healthy breakfast. Swanky reception area. Some nice decoration touches. Some staff were friendly, others had never heard of client oriented services thinking that sitting at the reception with a piercing and a tattoo was cool enough.
It is all about image but not about the type of comfort that you look for as a traveller: rooms are so small you cannot even open your suitcase comfortably, the two rooms we had offered no natural light at all which felt very claustrophobic, the rooms were so close to each other that you heard people entering their rooms as if they would enter yours, appliances like the water kettle looked cool but did not work properly and were not replaced when I told the reception.

Comfortable, friendly hotel, well located in central Brussels. Rooms were pleasant, if possibly a little tired. Breakfast was excellent. Decent value for money.
It's situated on a rather dark and gloomy street, so not the most pleasant experience walking there at night. One lift was out of order. I got woken up at 5am the first morning by the garbage truck...

The location is good (although the main road close to the hotel is a bit dodgy at night, and the McDonalds around the corner doesn't attract a very friendly crowd...), the staff is very nice and they speak multiple languages, plus the common areas are really nice, particularly the lobby area and the garden.
However, the room itself looks like it was poorly renovated recently and it's already showing many signs of distress. I mean stains on the walls, floors, bathroom finishings. It's not necessarily dirty (though I wouldn't say it's clean) but it's certainly showing some marks here and there. The bathroom is also very very dark with one overhead lamp outside of the shower area, which makes the shower area super dark once you close the flimsy shower curtains. The renovation itself is interesting, I like the decor they went for, but the way it was done, very cheaply, makes the whole room feel a bit unfinished and, quite honestly, dirty.
