Location was excellent, staff friendly and the room good value for money
I think some facilities could be upgraded i.e. a kettle and tea/coffee facilities in the room would be a good improvement. Also, when we first checked in the room we were allocated clearly had a broken shower door. We were given another room which was good. However the shower in that room may need tightening or fixing as the shower head wasn't working properly.

Free hot and cold water with tea and coffee options at the entrance.
No need for public transport, the location makes your trip so easy and comfortable.
Well heated room even mine was at the terrace. Bonus, good sight as well.
No elevator, but otel staff help you to carry the luggage.

Lovely, central location. View of Manneken Pis!
Double windows insulated from outside noise, heating was great, room was well designed and comfortable. Bathroom had nice toilettries. The hosts were so kind and helpful. Allowed to check in early and leave luggage.

The location was close to everything and right next door to an amazing Belgian restaurant & bar. The owners of the hotel sisters Marae & Sabine were both welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room itself was clean, spacious amd cosy. The decor is simple and a little on the dark side. My bed was comfortable and I liked the window looking out over the rooftops and street below.
There is no refrigerator in the room.
The spiral staircase is charming but a little precarious.

I can not say enough about this charming hotel .
It is the entire package experience!... I truly would not even consider staying at any other property if I was in Brussels. Picture perfect setting. Super super clean,safe and secure..you cant get a better location. And the staff is AMAZING they are the nicest kindest group of people,truly I can't say enough about the staff or the property.. seriously I would change my dates to be sure I could stay at this property......
