Overpriced for What You Get
Small hotel with tiny rooms that feel cramped and don’t justify the premium pricing. The breakfast is quite modest, especially disappointing compared to other Brussels hotels in the same price range.
Unfortunately, the price-to-quality ratio definitely does not favor guests here. You’re paying significantly more than what the amenities and comfort level warrant.

This property was easy to get to from the Central train station and right in the centre of everything. The room was nice and big and the bed was comfortable. Grand place is right around the corner as well as mannequin pis. Meet at grand Place for tours. Staff were exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond.
The street was a tiny bit noisy, but we ended up falling asleep with the windows open so not too bad. Be careful with the hot water. It is very, very hot, in the shower went hot and cold.

Wonderful
The staff and owner were very nice and extremely helpful. It is a great location and nice rooms.
the only down side was it didn’t have air conditioning or over head fans in a room with no windows. The staff did hunt us down a fan to use and worked decently with opening the windows in the other room and directing the fan into our room.

Fantastic location and friendly staff who were always there to help.Giggi always greeted in the morning with a smile and we shared some laughs together. He even gave me a box of chocolates when we left If we ever return to Brussels , this is where we will be staying

Location is fantastic. Right in between the Grand Place and the Manneken Pis, and yet in a fairly quiet street. Lot's of good restaurants and bars nearby, well connected to public transport as well. The staff was also friendly and accommodating.
The facilities need work. My room had a weird smell that I couldn't rid of in spite of leaving the windows open. It wasn't very clean quite dusty especially around the heaters and furniture. Basic level of comfort, which wouldn't necessarily be an issue if it weren't for the overpriced costs of the stay.

Located in a very busy spot, so completely understandable, it is a bit noisy! However this did not bother us at all!

Beware the lift is tiny and a little unreliable - the stairs are narrow and not well lit.

Very good hotel , location is the best , minute from all main atrractions.
Staff is great too! Specially boy at breakfast , he is very helpful and kind .
We had a problem in family , our family member died, and owner was very helpful and give us opportunuty to change dates for our stay , it means a lot for us ❤️
