The worst hotel in Brussels ever
Small room, with tinny table. Bath water sink not working, bath light not working.
4th floor and elevator not working.

It was closed when we arrived - no one was there, the PIN did not work, and no one answered the phone when we rang (twice) which went straight to voicemail. Sadly this was our experience.

The Christmas market was very spread out in various locations which made it difficult to locate all of them. Normally, they are situated in one place in a town.

A quiet night, despite central location of hotel. Very comfortable beds, and nice looking building around central courtyard.
It was cold, partly because we went on a very cold day. But bathroom radiator could not be turned on. (Bedroom one was OK)

Disappointing
The location….
We booked the quadruple room, but we were moved without being asked to an “apartment” that was completely different from the pictures shown online. The overall condition of the apartment was very poor, things were broken, furniture was very old and badly mantained.
There was a horrible smell in the fridge and the elevator.
Considering we paid approximately 350 euros per night, this was extremely disappointing.

This hotel shouldn't charge more than Euros 140 per night for a double room. The superior room is totally overpriced compared to the other hotels nearby. It had no light in the bathroom (!), corroded taps in the shower and wash-basin, a moldy shower door, a dysfunctioning light in the corridor, and a dodgy elevator which didn't seem to have any safety sensors to keep doors open and prevent them from closing on someone. A pity, because the location is great and the staff is very kind. For info, we stayed there for 3 nights.

Unfortunately, the price-to-quality ratio definitely does not favor guests here. You’re paying significantly more than what the amenities and comfort level warrant.
