Exceptional
Everything was perfect! Beautiful location, the room was spacious with huge very comfortable bed, lovely marble bathroom all spotlessly clean. Less than 10 min walk to tube and tram stop 2 mins away.
WiFi, TV and nespresso machine all good too.
Would def return to this hotel again!

Wonderful
The room was nice and clean. There was no noise. The breakfast was also adequate for the price and the location was perfect for us. Overall the hotel was very good value for the money.
The elevator was really tight but I do not think this is a big issue.

Spacious room in a hotel located in between a fancy shopping street at one end and at the other end a local neighbourhood. Hotel has a parking garage at a reasonable fee for a big city.
In particular compared to the ample space of the room, the bathroom, although everything's there, was really tiny. Next to this, and this is personal, we don't like soft matrasses and a room where the windows cannot be opened (in particular when there's no airconditioning). The furniture looked a bit worn. Overall, in our opinion, not 4 stars

Staff was good. Breakfast was good! Room was nice! Room service was good.
Hotel over priced. Parking way over priced, 40 euro for 2 nights in a horrible parking garage.No internet TV. Special requests confirmed but not available at Checkin. Loud construction work on building next door, would have been nice if the hotel would have mentioned that to the guests.

Location
One of the worst travel experiences.
The floor is so nasty that my feet got itchy stepping on it right away, and there was no slippers in the room.
There are always noises in the night from somewhere, it sounds like laundry machine.
In one evening, the hot water stopped, and the front desk called me at 3am to tell me that the hot water is ready. 3am? Seriously?
The breakfast is mediocre.
The whole room makes me dizzy. Really bad energy.
So after all these horrible experience, I told the front desk I would like to check out earlier, and the male guy said “of course not! What do you want? Huh?” I felt extremely humiliated.
What a great hospitality.

I stayed at this property which was accessible for my clients who had planned visits from France down to Belgium. The first good comment I will like share is the location and accessibility range to the metro station. Brussels Midi is nearby, walking distance and the hotel is very near to la Grande Place, Shopping Streets and Casino for those who want to enjoy some gaming moments. Overall, I stayed 4 nights and it went all well. Breakfast was ideal for a morning start.

The elevator is always busy; so if you are booked on the last floor it is often the case that you would have to wait some time before you are able to catch one.

The bathroom was very nicely decorated.
Although the black marble was very smart in the bathroom, the position of the taps meant that it was impossible not to leave water marks everywhere. In addition, there was a whole in one of the tiles on the bathroom floor. When having a shower, it was impossible not to splash water over the floor, which therefore meant that this was a health hazard. Finally, opening the windows meant that anyone could have gotten into the room, as the outside balcony ran along the length of the hotel.

location, spacious room
The state of the room was quite bad, very old, lots of wear and tear. The level of cleanliness was poor, hairs and grime. The hotel was in good shape but not the room. The breakfast was very expensive 22euros pp that's why we didn't choose it.

very disappointed with my stay. The pictures shown online have absolutely nothing to do with the actual state of the rooms. In reality, the rooms are old, worn-out, and clearly not well-maintained. The furniture was chipped, the walls were stained, and everything just felt unclean. The hygiene standards were far below acceptable-I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean or comfortable place to stay.
