Rooms were lovely and well sound proofed. Shower was good and the room spacious. Bonus points for having a bidet.
The springs in the bed weren’t the most comfortable, they stuck into me in places. Saying that, I was so tired, it didn’t really affect my sleep.

Exceptional
Location is very good, city centre is easily reached on foot or with tram. Large room with all required amenities, stylish bathroom with an actual bathtube. Friendly staff. Our room was ready for check-in already at 10AM, when we arrived. A bit pricey, but doesn't feel too high. Honestly, I think this hotel should have a higher rating.
Probably only that A/C can't be working when you are out of room with your key card (no electricity)

Not my first stay, won't be my last, I've already got future bookings planned. Staff were lovely as always, and the location is great, with the city center just a short tram ride away.
An important downside this time was the heat, no A/C in my room, and the fan barely helped. I couldn't properly sleep.

The days I stayed in the hotel were extremely hot. The only available facility was a fan, which was insufficient to achieve a reasonably acceptable room temperature. My room windows were stuck, and I asked for help to open at least one of them (the other could not be opened). As my room window faced the stairs in the back of the building, it was not safe to keep the window open during the night.

The location, the room was spacious and the staff very polite and supportive.
While the reception and restaurant areas were comfortably air-conditioned, the guest rooms unfortunately were not, which made for a warm stay. Additionally, the room felt a bit dated, and the bathroom was quite small and a little inconvenient to use. With a few updates and AC in the rooms, this could be a much more comfortable property.

location was good, staff were friendly and helpful
No air conditioning, lighthouse style stairs dangerous, one lift very slow, in the room the toilet seat was dislodged, the fridge not plugged in, the tv plugged into a socket that didn't work, shower cramped.

Location: if one wants to shop or eat, then all are in some walking distances.
The hotel does not merit 4 stars but only 3. Old, grw clients, saving electricity so that even reception and bar are all in the dark. Staffs are not at all smiling and do not care how the customers are doing. The hotel does not appear to have a life.
The first time on our life that we have seen a 4 star-hotel that does not have air-con in the room but gave a fan. It is very hot to sleep over the night there. Furnitures and electric appliances are like of years 80-90. The fridge is too tiny and not cold at all. They give only 2 small bottes of water for the entire stay of few days, no re-fill. Even shower-gel, we did not have on the first day that we stayed and had to ask for it.
The breakfast costs 23€/per is too expensive, therefore, very few clients would sit there to eat.
The entrance door is very heavy and there are steps, so it is not easy to get in with suitcases, but no staff bothers to help.

Spacious room with no carpet floor which is great. Lift is small and stairs are very steep. Bathroom is a bit old fashioned but does the job.
The bed sheets were not great, same with the pillows. We did not manage to find a control for AC/heating. Windows did not open at all which is not great for fresh air.
