The room was very comfortable and large enough for us and our suitcases. Also liked the courtyard which was secluded.
As nice as it was being walking distance from the station and Cantillon Brewery, it was in a rough area. Outside the hotel was a square that was host to a lot of drunken and disorderly behaviour. I made sure to return to the hotel before sunset, but even in the day didn’t feel comfortable walking about there.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, making it easy to explore the city and travel to nearby destinations by train. Although the hotel itself is rather small, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which made my stay even more comfortable. The room had great lighting and was decorated in a warm, welcoming style. The front desk staff were all friendly and attentive.

"The area surrounding the hotel felt a bit uneasy at times, particularly during entry and exit. I didn’t feel entirely secure, which slightly affected the overall comfort of my stay. Some improvements in the sense of safety and surrounding atmosphere could enhance the guest experience."
