Room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was stylish and clean. Nuxe toiletries were a nice touch.

The hotel is well designed, with a spacious room and nice quality products like shampoo, cream, and conditioner – it made the stay perfect. It’s located near Gare du Midi, which isn’t the nicest neighborhood, but it was okay since we were close to the city center thanks to tram 4. The breakfast was good and tasty. As for the staff, some were friendly and some less so, but overall the experience was positive – they even extended our stay by a day, which made us super happy!
We stayed from Thursday until Sunday. No deep cleaning was done during our stay. Even on Saturday, the sheets weren’t changed and the bed was barely made. We had almost no conditioner left and didn’t receive any new toiletries. The hotel mentions that after three days, cleaning or a change of sheets should be done, but that didn’t happen. Still, it’s okay…

Lovely hotel. Clean and comfortable room and nicely decorated. We very much enjoyed our stay.
Not the best location safety-wise but close to transport to the airport and walking distance to the city centre

Sizeable room considering the overall hotel is quite small/boutique. Clean room and facilities. Friendly staff.
We were only provided with one coffee pod for the coffee machine in the room (despite two of us visiting). Reception quickly rectified however.

The hotel was very clean and with a modern vibe.
The locations of the hotel is not nice. As a family with two little kids we got a room on the ground floor. A homeless guy was sleeping right in fromt of our window. A lot of noise was also coming from outside. For a couple with a room above the ground, the hotel is probably ok. For a family with kids different loction is much recommended.

Room for 3 was cozy enough for the price point. Clean and well ventilated too.
The elevator didn't work at some point so we had to take the fire exit. They fixed it soon though.

It's a beautiful hotel, close to the train station and within walking distance to the city center. The toiletries were nice, and the staff were wonderful about letting us store our luggage.
If I were traveling alone, I might feel less comfortable walking there late at night, but as a group used to urban life, we were very comfortable.

Pleasant
No coffee, kettle to make tea, not enough toilet papers. No more water bottles in the room specially in the hot day.

The hotel is lovely, clean and very welcoming. The reception lady was patient as we arrived from a 12 hours journey and very quickly sorted us out with a key and all information needed.
The room was spacious, clean and had plenty of space for all of us. Breakfast was plenty and the variety was great.
None - the hotel was fabulous.
The staff was helpful and accommodating.
Can not find any reason not to recommend this beautiful hotel.

Clean. Modern good shower
They would not or did not know how to turn the air conditioning on. There was just no air and my room was so warm. They did give me a small fan which just about made it bearable but it was uncomfortable.
