Room was great and the AC work great! The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was great for using the trains and also near really good restaurants. The water in the lobby was great.
There really was not much we didn't like. The breakfast was a bit on the higher side for us.

It was nice, pretty, clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful via email when i had left something in the room after checking out. The airconditioning, bed, and water pressure were all good. Great location, close to the shopping area and the train station.
Just like i have read in other reviews, the walls at this hotel are very thin, which makes that you can hear every sound, especially at night. Because of the location being close by the train station, there can be some sketchy people around.

Close to Midi Station and to the metro station. Excellent bed, clean, bathroom with toiletries with honey, coffee in the room for 1st morning (only...). Breakfast, even though it had a limited variety, was excellent with enough options for me. It has a beautiful small garden behind, and a cosy sitting area.

Hotel was great. Pretty easy to get around.
Neighborhood may look a little run down and unsafe at first, but once you walk around, it’s really nice. You can find some really great food and nice people in the area.

The hotel is excellent. The staff was very nice.
I loved the encounters I had with the Belgium citizens. However, Brussels looks and feels very dangerous. I was shocked how dirty it was . But the hotel was great because I was safe , clean and secure.

Amazing beautiful setup in common areas! The room and the bathroom were beautiful too and bed was very comfortable.
The surrounding area was dysfunctional and did not appeared safe for exploration walks. In addition, it was littered due to improper urban management.
