Overall, it was good. Fantastic staff and it was just what I needed for one night for work, but it was 'just' what I needed. No frills and therefore it felt a little expensive. Would have loved usb sockets in the room.

I stayed here with my family from April 16th to 19th.On the last day at midnight, two men came into my room suddenly while we were sleepingeven though the door was locked!!! Surprisingly they opened my door with their card key. They instantly noticed their mistake, and went out without saying anything. So nothing happened.But after that happened, we couldn't sleep as well that night because we were very scared and stressed!! This is the first time I have been in such a scary situation at the hotel.!Do you imagine  HOW SCARY STRANGER COMING TO YOUR ROOM AT MIDNIGHT?（Addtionnally this area has lots of dangerous immigrants like alcoholics and tweakers.but everone comes to this hotel without seculity check.)  In the morning, I told one of the receptionists this incident.She said " They mistook the room for your number. We assigned different cards.I already talked about this situation to my manager, so please send a message to him."Next day, my husband sent a message to the manager, but still no response!!I'm sure this manager is not  an honest person. I think that the minimum responsibility of the hotel  is safety, right?This hotel was NOT a safe place.Do not stay in this worst hotel!!

I love all, amazing staff, the allowed is to leave or luggage before qué check in, lovely hotel in general.
The location, the area around there it's not the best, and the are constructions everywhere, on the roads around. Not a nice area to walk around this time, maybe when they fix the construction. Whoever we took a taxi to the Grand place and a taxi to go back and all good (around 11 to 13 euros each single trip)

Hotel is lovely, staff are very welcoming and really helpful . The hotel is really clean and decorated beautifully , rooms a little on the warm side at times as we couldn’t seem to adjust the air com but didn’t make the stay any less pleasant . The only downside , and out of the hotels control in the local area , it’s not pleasant and quite off putting , I travelled alone with 2 children , we stayed 3 nights and it wasn’t a place I wanted to come back to when dark so we were home reasonably early most nights , but after walking out legs off during the day the day it didn’t spoil the stay but I’d be more choosey in future as it might of been nice to go back out for dinner or stay out later and have a drink in one of the local bars / cafes.
