The hotel itself was decent, i mean the design etc
Location, therefore no matter what time it was always homeless people right front of the main entrance. Always with inappropriate behaviours. We could not sleep at all during the night, they were making very very loud noise all night, i mean this went on till 4-5 am in the morning. My definitely worst stay for the last 15 years, not for a family stay nor even for singles

Very good property, very clean and accommodating. Very comforting colors and style.
Did not like the homeless outside the hotel and the non-clean outside. Also the heat was turned on again after we turned it down or off.

The hotel had a cute, cozy, and comfortable atmosphere that made the stay feel warm and relaxing. One of its biggest advantages was the excellent location, situated very close to both the bus and train stations, making transportation and exploring the city extremely convenient. Despite being compact, the space felt welcoming and practical for a comfortable stay.

The hotel was very clean and had a very friendly, helpful staff I booked it due to its reviews and proximity to the train station It was about 5-10 min walk from station and 10 minute walk to touristy area The breakfast was very good
Unfortunately the square in front of the hotel is run down and trash was strewn all over I did not feel uncomfortable but there were homeless living in the park as well Our room had steep stairs into our bathroom, very strange. This was not a problem for us but might be if there was and elderly person in your party or someone with issues walking

The hotel itself was nice and the room was comfy. It’s conveniently located near the metro station and Brussels Midi station.
On the first day they accidentally charged me twice because of their new payment system, but I received a refund later. The surroundings of the hotel didn’t feel very safe. The room also didn’t have a fridge, and the air conditioning didn’t have a proper summer cooling mode, so I just turned it off.

The room was very comfortable, modern and stylish. The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good and I enjoyed the breakfast room.

Property is well-groomed, everyday cleaning is sharp and precise. Breakfast 18€ is pricey, but you got full package, which definetly costs it. 5 min walk to Midi train station and 15 min to downtown.
I asked for cash payment on spot, which wasn't possible, although on booking terms was said "pay at property". Only two coffee capsules per stay. District around is very, very dirty and full of homeless people.

Location is very close to the city center and bus/train stations. WI fi signal is very good. It's very clean. All good.
Windows can't be opened, so you don't have any fresh air. The room is pretty good size but during the longer stay it can get really smoggy inside, and you just cant get any fresh air, and that affects the sleep quality.

Wonderful
Ideal location of the hotel next to the metro and train station. City Centre is 15 minutes away on foot. You can find several mini-markets next to the hotel. Room was modern, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was quite large with radiator. Breakfast was decent.
The area around the hotel seems quite unsafe based on the people walking around.
