Great location for getting around Brussels. Metro across the street with Brussels Midi just one stop away. Tram was also across the street. Room was quiet, comfortable with an excellent bed and pillows. Hotel was tastefully decorated and the staff was very accommodating.
The urban renewal going on in the area still has a long way to go, so not the most aesthetically pleasing neighborhood, but still good.

The hotel is great, very cozy, super nice decoration and location is very close to the train station and main touristic attractions (short walking distance). Definitely would stay there again!
Parking in the streets next to the hotel is not really an option (we did when we arrived but we were alerted by someone in one of the shops there that this was not safe). However, there are parking garages within a few minutes walking distance.

Good location for Brussels-Midi station. Great room and bathroom. Good free WiFi signal, even on the 4th floor. Lovely brasserie a couple of doors down from hotel - had vegan options.
No bar in hotel but could get drinks from reception.

Great location. Very good breakfast. Nice room
Safe wasnt work and wasnt fix even after asked about that. Shower dont have door so wather is affecting bathroom doors witch are not colosing.

Awful location near an ugly part of town. Rooms are clean but very bland.

Beautiful hotel, really stylish, rooms were spacious and clean. Aircon was next level. Would definitely go back.
One room was a bit noisy but that was due to other guests.
