Bad experience. Ugly, run down room, painting peeling from the wall, disgusting stained carpet, roon in the basement with tiny windows on the level of an internal courtyard. Extremely uncomfortable, soft bed. It was a scam. I booked it last minute after the property i initially booked never answered, the run down dirty basement room I got looked NOTHING like the picture in the app.

Location is perfect! Water and pastries at the reception as a plus. The hotel has a gym.
The elevator is too small and the stairs are not easy to understand. The bathroom is a little bit outdated but overall ok.

Wonderful
Convenient and yet quiet! Well maintained hotel all in all. The location is excellent esp if one wants to experience the local cuisine!! Close to the Grand Place and the train station! The front desk staff was exceptionally wonderful. Very professional and friendly at the same time! Great breakfast!!

It is smack dab in the center of town
1. Had there been some communication about the fact there is NO PARKING at the property...you had to find a parking garage and then schlep your luggage down the street. It would've been fine if we had known that ahead of time, it would have saved us 2-3 hours at least! 2. Carpet is filthy

The location is in the centre of city. Many beautiful historical landmarks easy to reach. A lot of restaurants nearby. The staff at reception and restaurant were very polite and helpful. THANK YOU!
The carpet in the room and hallways need some cleaning.

I loved that I was right in the middle of the city Centre and I didn’t even realize it until I walked there. Very awesome location and can walk to the train station or the bus pickup and for anyone taking tours , it’s also a really close walk to the tour bus meeting location.

The hotel has a great location. It's in the middle of the popular sightseeings. The room was clean. The bathroom is huge. I asked staff if we could stay 2 hours longer and there was no prob with it at all.
We stayed for 1 night and there was very cold water in the bathroom.

- Location really good, in the center of everything with some interesting bars and restaurants around - Beds were comfortable - The bathroom is new
