Great location..staff were friendly and it's great that you can leave your luggage during the day.

No air conditioner: the air conditioner was not working because they were repairing it, they offered a fan
No elevator: the elevator was not working, i had to carry my son on my back for 3 floors.

The hotel didn't inform that they were under renovation for a year and the airco was not working. We booked this hotel for that specific reason under a heatwave. When we asked why the airco was not working the short answer from the staff was "renovation". In the moment that we told them that we were leaving, one staff member offered a small fan and no apologies at all. Very disappointing that the hotel didn't let us know beforehand that the airco was not working in the middle of a heatwave and no compensation were offered or an alternative, like a fan when we asked for the airco.

Não cheguei a fazer o check in e a acomodação não responde ao booking.
A acomodação colocou que teria ar condicionado, mas não tinha em pleno verão europeu. Quando cheguei lá me falaram que não teria ar condicionado, nem ventilador, me deram a opção de ter um reembolso total caso eu desejasse. Escolhi o reembolso pois nessa data estava muito calor e precisava do ar condicionado para me sentir confortável na acomodação.
O recepcionista então escreveu na minha ficha que não tinha ar condicionado e que eu receberia o reembolso total. Entrei em contato com a plataforma boooking para reembolso e a propriedade não respondeu até então. Paguei duas acomodações na mesma data porque o hotel não se deu ao trabalho de ou avisar o hóspede ou colocar na descrição que não teria ar condicionado disponível nesse momento.

I had a terrible experience with this hotel.
The room was advertised as having air conditioning, but it simply did not work. There wasn’t even a fan available. On a day when the temperature reached 40°C, staying in that room was impossible.
The hotel staff acknowledged that the room was not suitable for my stay and even gave me a written letter confirming that I would receive a full refund because the accommodation was not adequate.
I contacted Booking.com, explained the situation, and provided all the information. However, the hotel has stopped responding to them. Even though I never stayed at the hotel, I was still charged for the night and have not received my refund.
It is unacceptable to advertise amenities that do not match reality. The lack of functioning air conditioning during extreme heat made the room uninhabitable, and the way this refund has been handled is extremely disappointing.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Be very careful, as the description does not reflect the actual conditions, and customer service after a problem occurs has been terrible.

Location was good. Was able to walk to Grand Place and the surrounding area.
They were doing construction While we were at the hotel. Started hammering and drilling round 7:30 am even on Saturday. Elevators only worked one morning. No form of heating or cooling in the room we were in.

The location was good for walking to meeting points, shopping and restaurants and the Metro.
This property is undergoing extensive renovations at this time (June 2026). My bathroom was new but the room and carpet were terribly outdated, hence the renovations. The bed was comfortable enough. I would avoid until renos are complete. No elevator when I stayed but staff carried my bags to room.

There was very loud construction going on inside the hotel all day long, it was so so loud!
Elevator broke down. No assistance in bringing bags down.

It is smack dab in the center of town
1. Had there been some communication about the fact there is NO PARKING at the property...you had to find a parking garage and then schlep your luggage down the street. It would've been fine if we had known that ahead of time, it would have saved us 2-3 hours at least!
