Nothing, the worse experience ever.
Worst stay of my life. Three different rooms—every single one filthy. Hair on the beds, dirty bathroom, crumbs everywhere. Completely unacceptable. I asked for a refund and was refused with a weak excuse because it was Sunday. I felt trapped and forced to stay just to avoid losing my money. Barely slept. No response from management the next day. No apology, no accountability—just total indifference. Disgusting, unprofessional, and disrespectful. They simply do not care. Avoid this place at all costs.

Day to evening 11 PM lady staff behaviour is not good . She booked a car for Airport dropping with EUR 38, cab driver taken EUR 45.

All facilities were as expected for the price paid. Location near the ING Arena was perfect, the availability of food and drinks was good. Check in and check out was also faultless.
The room and bathroom is small, but adequate. Breakfast was also adequate, but again for the price paid was reasonable.

The room is clean but small. You have 50cm to move around the queen-size bed. We had room 303 with the backyard view. I also asked if I could smoke in my room, and it was okay, if I do it out of the window. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.
It's a basic breakfast, but there's nothing else nearby in the morning. You can walk to an Aldi supermarket in about 10-13 minutes. It's not the place, if you live out of your backpack or suitcase. You still gonna like it if you're not nitpicking on little stuff.
