Nothing in particular.
The rooms are extremely small, the price is very high compared to other hotels, and the staff were not cooperative at all. I asked to cancel part of my stay because the hotel was far below expectations, but they completely refused. Overall, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had.

The receptionist was very professional and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and you could eat as much as you want. The bed was comfortable, and big enough for the 2 of us. I absolutely loved the air-conditioning unit. It was 30+ degrees when we had arrived, and I was getting dizzy from the heat/humidity. Their AC unit cooled the room down IMMEDIATELY. It also has a fan and heating function. A must have!
This isn't a problem with the hotel, but the Expo my friend and I had tickets to didn't show that it was located further away. xD We had to walk 30+ minutes because we didn't know that the Expo center was on the other side of town. Again, not the hotel's fault. The Expo should have given the correct location before the event was hosted.

The walls are thin, you can hear everything, but still a great hotel. On the TV there was no YouTube (not a big problem but prefer playing music there or something)

The night manager said he would communicate to staff late check-ins. People trying repeatedly to enter my room and my colleauges so not isolated tactic by housekeeping! at 9am when we paid 50 euro for late checkout at 14;00 due to 5am check-in

Relatively small hotel near the Brussel Expo area with private parking space. We stayed here for one night and visited Mini Europa. However, there is also a metro and tram station nearby, so one could also visit other parts of Brussels easily using public transort. Room surface is rather small, but comfortable enough for a couple of nights stay. Very clean, friendly staff and remarkebly quiet.
COuldn't think of anything - this hotel met our expectations.

Breakfast could be more plentyful . Some people smoke on the coridor and smoke enter in the room, a smoke detector could be installed for stoping them .

staff at the desk is mostly helpless, not professional and not at the desk entrance of the hotel is not safe open to all since nobody is at the desk. almost not staff in the hotel beside the desk person and cleaning ladies.

Free private parking, many restaurants nearby and Aldi is 5 min walk. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Have been charged twice for the room. Contacted the hotel multiple times through various channels. The only response I got was ‘we send it to our manager’ nothing else, no solution. Very unhelpful and not customerfriendly at all.
