The receptionist was very professional and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and you could eat as much as you want. The bed was comfortable, and big enough for the 2 of us. I absolutely loved the air-conditioning unit. It was 30+ degrees when we had arrived, and I was getting dizzy from the heat/humidity. Their AC unit cooled the room down IMMEDIATELY. It also has a fan and heating function. A must have!
This isn't a problem with the hotel, but the Expo my friend and I had tickets to didn't show that it was located further away. xD We had to walk 30+ minutes because we didn't know that the Expo center was on the other side of town. Again, not the hotel's fault. The Expo should have given the correct location before the event was hosted.

The location was good to get the shuttle to Werchter Boutique festival in front of the Atomium and close to the metro. There is also a nice bakery nearby for a decent breakfast.
The guy at the reception was very impolite. When I arrived he addressed me in French and I asked if he spoke English. After that he started a sarcastic monologue about how he had never heard of english and if I was going to teach him english and what not. I just wanted to check in and this was not funny and completely out of place. The room was very small and not very clean. The walls are thing and early morning I heard the neighbours talking and making noises.

The rooms are extremely small, the price is very high compared to other hotels, and the staff were not cooperative at all. I asked to cancel part of my stay because the hotel was far below expectations, but they completely refused. Overall, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had.

Too small, the toilet and shower were in the same space, 1 cm space between them. Not enough room to turn around.

Nothing It was just everything bad! Only parking was what I like.
If I want to list what I dislike would be a long list: - this hotel must immediately renovated. Everything old and either brocken or about to break and dark and dirty and out of date. - cleanness: it was even much worse than dirtiest hostel I have ever experienced! - facilities: there is just nothing you can mention as facilities in the room. Even the door lock was brocken! I had all night fear somebody may get into the room! Elevator didn’t work at night once I arrived. Even card reader to pay by card was not working or at least receptionist said it doesn’t work and had to pay only cash! - staff: night shift receptionist was terrible! He was in the lobby with 4 other men and they were smoking and drinking (were drunk) and he just didn’t care about anything! Card reader broken must pay cash! Elevator didn’t work, he just said ah it is again broken, I had to take my luggage myself because of broken lift to floor 4! 20 min. To check in and he was just saying system is down and it is slow! And I had to wait long at midnight for simple checkin! 20 min. Unbelievable. I paid cash and he had no coil to return rest of money! No recipe nothing gave to me and just asking me to get remaining money on morning! I don’t want to make it longer but it was even more! - no internet or wifi. It wasn’t working at least during night that I arrived there. - this definitely not a hotel, in best case may call it a middle low level hostel. - picture at booking.com website are not real. It is very strange why booking.com has not reacted yet concerning the fake pictures. At least it is not state of today.
