It's a walkable distance from Atomium and public transportation is very well connected to the city center, one can reach in 30min.
The size of the room, as they try to fit everything in a small space leaving no space to walk. The complementary coffee-making ingredients are not provided and the hot water kettle is not clean at all. One can easily listen to the next room's people's conversations and if they are too loud at night say goodbye to a pleasant sleep. Overall it is an average hotel that needs lots of maintenance services like the elevator was broken when we visited.

The hotel has a few parking spaces. We could leave our car there until check out.
The staff at the check in spoke very little English. The hotel charged my credit card twice and was very unhelpful at solving this issue. It had to be resolved through my bank... We had a room in the 4th floor. It was quiet ran down and tiny. In the hall it smelled of cigarettes. If you only need a bed to sleep for the night it's fine I guess. I decided not to shower that night.

Very close to the athletic stadium which was purpose of visit.
Room very small, breakfast area cramped and pretty much all food was gone on both times we went in so ended up going to another hotel to buy breakfast

All staff were so lovely and polite! The bed was also very comfortable and they actually gave me a double bed rather than two singles like a lot of other hotels do for some reason. There was a TV, a kettle with some coffees and teas, plenty of toiletries and towels in the bathroom, and USB charging which was fortunate as I didnt bring the correct travel adapter for Belgium. Be aware that its a while away from the centre of Brussels, but there is a tram stop which takes 60 seconds to walk to so it wasnt really a problem for me. It is right near the Atomium, Mini Europe and a stadium and there are bars and restaurants on the street
Room was a little smaller than I expected, particularly the bathroom. It definitely wouldnt hurt to refurbish and modernise the rooms a little. To be fair, it seems quite common for all Best Western hotel rooms to be in need of an upgrade, not just this particular hotel. I arrived quite late at night and needed a drink and a small snack, so was a little disapproving see the vending machine completely empty.

We could without any problem change our room and that's a big plus, we got a room with even 3 beds. Overall the room was oldy but clean. The breakfast was very good and the location of the hotel near the metro and tram. Also atomium was not that far (1km or so).
The bathroom was very small , old.

Quite convenient near Atomium, Expo, Heysel and metro stations. Car private parking right next to the entrance. Reception staff quite helpful and friendly.
A bit narrow bathroom. Easy to hear from other rooms through the walls.

The lady at the reception has been very kind and helpful.
I went to Brussels for a work trip. The wi-fi doesn't reach well the third floor so I couldn't use my laptop's or phone's WiFi connection. When telling a receptionist about that, I was dismissed without even an apology for the problem, but instead I was told that these issues are not a problem of the hotel but due to the internet provider company (unbelievable..).
There were red stains on the lift which could be blood (or tomato?). I told two receptionists about them but the following day they were still there.
My topper had a tomato-looking stain. I didn't say anything..
When I left I saw a cardboard box in a plastic bag, under my bed. I don't know how long it had been there.

My wife and I loved everything about the Hotel Expo. The staff, the room, services, breakfast, FREE car park. Everything was Great. Also an elevator to the floors. Although the hotel is outside of Brussels Centro area. the walk to the Metro is 5 minutes to either the Tram or Metro itself. About 4-5 bistros & restaurants close by. Nice quiet residential area.
The stay was Wonderful. Period.!!!
