Fair
Location close to metro station and Atomium.
Check-in was poor and we weren't given WiFi information. Went back for WiFi login details but still not available.
Room was small and bathroom not completely clean.
Breakfast was very poor. For e.g. cereal and no milk and stale bread rolls. No staff to ask.
Left luggage with hotel after checkout to visit Atomium. Reception not manned on return and receptionist appeared from outside hotel.

Pleasant
Parking on premises was great
A little smaller than expected
They were out of wifi codes so we did not have internet the last night

Very Good
I really liked the hotel's location. It's in a great spot, especially if you're planning to attend a soccer game. I liked the staff—they were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was okay, too.
The rooms are very small, and there isn't much space.

Very Good
Clean room with a comfy bed and not much else (as expected). WiFi was fast, shower was nice (plenty of hot water was available quickly), parking was available at hotel's own parking space. Location was perfect for visiting Atomium area. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was above expectation.
Curtain could have been a little thicker to block out sunlight a bit more. Cleaning staff did not respect the "do not disturb" sign. Otherwise all good.

Very Good
Location was excellent, just across the road from King Baudouin Stadium, for the Diamond League Athletics 2 day event.
Hotel is a somewhat dated, room is small but adequate for a 2-night stay, overall clean.
Could do with a refresh to rooms/bathroom and corridors.

Good
Good staff, good location with excellent transport links to the city centre, i.e. tram, bus, metro and within walking distance to the Atomium and Mini-Europe park. The hotel has its own parking, free Wi-Fi. The room was basic and really tiny, it would feel tinier with kids around. Overall I felt it was on the pricey side for what was offered.
Good breakfast, but things were running out by 9:30am.
