Good location of the hotel near Brussels Nord train station that connect your directly with airport. Also the metro station Rogier just in the front of the hotel. The central shopping street is also here. Staff is friendly. No noise.

The hotel is conveniently located near the metro and tram stops, making it easy to get around the city. It is also close to the north train station and within easy reach of the city centre.
The elevator only operates from the first floor, meaning you have to carry your luggage up the stairs to reach it. The toilet was located very close to the bed, and the door did not close properly, which was uncomfortable and lacked privacy. The breakfast area was spread across several separate spaces, making it feel a little disjointed. Overall, there are some practical improvements the hotel could make to provide guests with a more comfortable experience for the price.

Very central location to Brussels Station and also right next to the metro. The area is a little dodgy but otherwise fine during the day. Bed was comfortable and I was able to do a bag drop prior to check-in and after check-out very easily with the friendly reception, which really helped me save a bit of money and also still have a secure way to put away my things while on conference.
Water pressure was a little low for my liking. Area a bit dodgy at night.

Good location. The staff was very friendly and the bed comfortable

The old school but modernised look, immaculate breakfast section, but quietness.
The showers are too small and get easily flooded, while aesthetically very pleasing to the eye, a bit too dark and risk to injury too easily

the location is pretty convenient close to the city centre and the hotel lobby and bar are ok.
the rooms bathroom was in dire need for remodeling, the shower is a bath/panel shower which pretty much floods the entire bathroom.
From the looks of the ceiling in the bathroom the rooms above probably have the same issue.
Also if you want to switch on the aircon it requires you to ask the front desk as you don't get this option in the room ..

The location was fantastic and the staff was very friendly. The bed was comfy, and the room was clean. You could hear a little through the walls but nothing terrible! We got a really nice night's sleep! We were a very short walk from the city centre, and the hotel let us keep our luggage there during the day. The bed and pillows were also extremely comfortable - my wife slept really well despite being heavily pregnant and usually struggles with most mattresses. There were beautiful stained glass windows in the hallway, and our room also had a tiny balcony facing the other buildings. The lobby was also a nice place to sit.
The (very small) shower was missing a door - it had a curtain on it instead which was a little moldy at the bottom, and the water from the shower went all over the bathroom floor due to the lack of a door. The water pressure wasn't great on the 6th floor but this is to be expected. The lift wasn't working on the way out, which was tough for my wife as she is heavily pregnant and 6 floors was a lot for her - though there is a lift there are also some small stairs in the hallway. This is no problem, but I am writing it in case of someone having accessibility needs. These were all small things though, and overall we think the room and hotel was very worth the price. It helps to manage expectations, and at the same time know you will get your money's worth if you book this hotel.
