The staff was very friendly and helpful! Small but clean hotel.
The neighborhood around the hotel was a bit rough but still it felt safe during nightwalks.

The staff was really nice! Everyone we met was nice and helpful.
The beds are super comfy and soft, it was super easy to get used to them and the pillows as well.
The room was clean and spacious enough for the two of us.
The bathroom was big as well and very clean as well.
The breakfast didn't had a lot of options but everything there was really delicious!
The only thing bad was that the room had no ventilation in the bathroom. But we opened the windows and it helped

Room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is also good. Front office staff was very helpful.

The person at the reception was friendly when i arrived
I honestly don't know where to start, o just ome examples:
The room was extremely worn out and in poor condition. Shockingly, I found three bedbugs in and around the bed. I haven’t encountered anything like this in over 20 years, not since I stayed in very cheap hotels as a student.
All of this came at the price of a 4- to 5-star hotel, which makes it even more unacceptable.
The toilet seat was stained with multiple yellow/orange marks. I can only hope it was a cleaning product that wasn’t properly rinsed off, but it looked very unhygienic. On top of that, the towels had holes in them.
I thought maybe breakfast would make up for it, but even that was one of the worst I’ve had in many years: poor quality and far below standard.
Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this place unless significant improvements are made.

Quiet area, friendly staff and overall comfortable stay. Good breakfast, though not a lot of vegetables.
It could do with a few repairs and upgrades to old furniture, new towels, new showerheads, mosquito mesh for the windows. Nothing in particular is faulty but these details make a difference, especially for a longer stay.
