The staff at the reception desk is what I most liked about this hotel. Super kind and helpful. Some of the best I ever found. The room was clean. The water pressure in the shower very good. There are very nice and useful leaflets near the reception desk. You have a chess board in the reception area, if you like to play chess.
Location is not in a tourist area, it is far to walk by foot to the city centre or EU quarter, but there is tram and bus close. Midi train station and subway 15-20 minutes of walking. Also, I wouldn't walk there by night honestly, there isn't much people and the streets are rather narrow. Breakfast is ok, but I would have liked hot food also, such as scrambled eggs or sausages. Some rooms have the bed frame with the pillow area close to the door and you can feel it a bit windy at night (the air coming through the small opening under the door). I recommend the hotel to put a textile protection at the door in these rooms. They are available in furniture stores.

The room was clean and the staff were lovely. When I noticed a problem with the room they gave me a new one immediately. They offered vegan milk at breakfast and I liked that they had a kettle in the room.
They started doing repairs on a room at around 9am on my final day at the hotel and the noise woke me up.

Breakfast was ok. The staff was helpful and nice. They prepared our rooms before checkin hours (no additional cost) and also on the checkout day they prepared breakfast for us earlier.

Everything The room was smaller than the pictures, bathrooms roof had weird design which could very well be the place to hide cameras. The faucets were leaking and basin had cracks in it. There were weird noises from other people using their facilities. Bed was extremely uncomfortable, we woke up with sore bodies in the morning.
