Clean, good breakfast, comfortable and well located . The staff were all very friendly. The only criticism is that one of the lifts was out of order.
The lift service was not ideal.

The people and the service was amazing. Especially the lady that at late night offered us and the children dinner despite the kitchen being closed already! That was so appreciated!

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very comfortable. All needed amenities and comforts were there. The room even had a balcony with a nice view. Staff was polite and efficient. The breakfast was very good.
Nothing major. Only minor points: The hotel is rather outside the centre and it was rather pricey (but probably not so much for Brussels standards).
